I don’t think there is anything wrong with debating differing opinions and any snowflake or DUmmy should be welcome to try to change my mind. The problem is, the summation of most of their arguments is, “You’re a Nazi!”

Back in the good old days, vanities were not allowed except for your Opus, or in rare occasions, after two years of good behavior as a full posting member.
But, this is not the old days and it hasn’t been since the era of the viking kittehs, so you can do whatever you want, as long as you are a regular contributor. If you get banned, pledge to contribute, a $3 one time contribution will usually do the trick. Be nice for awhile, awhile will be defined by your level of contribution.
BTW, after my $3 contribution, I returned to the ranks of monthly contributors where I currently reside. Join us.
