For those of you who don't want to watch the video here is the Cliff Notes:

The preacher man got up and spoke out against single motherhood and BLM and how it's bad for not only the black community but society as a whole.

Tommy did commentary on this sermon and how HE LOVED IT!

Tommy points out how all the women behind the pastor got noticeably upset when the pastor spoke about single motherhood, both white and black women.

This pastor called out abortion! He said there should be a mother and father in the home! He was really preaching it and Tommy was loving it! (so was I)

But does it have anything to do with Aretha Franklin?
This was her funeral!

The message may be good, but time and place ought to count for something. Sheesh!

Whoever organized this funeral screwed up. Bigly.

On the one hand you had a man of God. Preaching the truth.

On the other hand there was the Clintons, Screwy Louie Farrakan and Al Not so Sharpton.

What the What?

Big Media will have to dig up or manufacture a photo with this pastor and Bill Cosby.

Hope he’s up to handling the racists’ Hate.

You are correct but timing didn’t bother the liberals from trashing the President. At least what the pastor said was true.

That's the way I see it. This preacher's remarks were as out of place as all the Trump-bashing ones, IMO. I agree with him, but I think he chose the wrong venue.

A lot of the blacks are hypocrites are comes to their own. They are quick to jump into no justice no peace when a white kills a black but when a black commits any kind of crime he can hide out in the hood without fear of being turned in.

I guess this explains the rebuke from Aretha Franklin’s family now.

If he had supported left-wing trump bashing agenda like all the others it would have been ok. (Notice how HE was the only one called out for using it for politics?)

Actually, it was the correct moment. Millions of people watched and many more will watch it and hear his words. We’re talking millions that normally would not darken a church door, or go to a Christian Counselor, visit with a responsible adult (because they know no responsible adults in their social circle) to learn life’s true lessons that need to be passed on to them. He was speaking directly to those who need to hear it. Those who wanted only to hear what they wanted to hear, well they can also pup in a DVD, CD, watch You Tube for her music. He didn’t take away a thing from her life and passing. Someone some day may have a tale to tell his or her child about when they got really woke up doing a funeral. Amazing, how that can happen!

It is more appropriate for a black preacher to address black on black crime and single parents contributing to said crime at a black figure’s funeral than everyone else to use a black celebrity’s death to bash Trump.
