The Most Popular Fast Food Restaurant in Every State
Methodology: This is a list of the most popular fast food chains in the United States, according to Yelp. All the businesses on this list are in the Fast Food category on Yelp and a part of a national or regional chain. Best is measured using an algorithm that looks at the number of reviews and star rating for a business.
Notable stats: The most popular fast food chain that showed up as the winner in the most states was Blaze Fast-Fired Pizza with 10 states. At a close second was MOD Pizza, which topped the charts of 9 states. Hanging onto third was national-favorite Chick-fil-A with 8 states. There were only two other chains to win more than one states title: Five Guys with 3 states and Jersey Mikes Subs with 2 states.

What did they have for Texas? My browser can’ handle the web page. (The correct answer would be Whataburger)

Which I cannot stand.
Paper thin patties of tasteless meat piled with junk to overwhelm the lack of taste.
Never mind. I used another browser and see they wrongly claim that it is “Rudys Country Store & Bar-B-Q”. I’ve never even heard of the place.
You’re wrong!
It’s Rudys Country Store & Bar-B-Q
Yelp? Isn’t that just for pretentious foodies? And people who want the “yelper’s special sauce”.
Texas: Rudys Country Store and BBQ? Really?
I’m not going through 50+ pages of ad drenched garbage. Going “Humblegunner” on you. Post the list.
Not sure what metrics they’re using, but the choices seem completely random, or maybe purchased?
Pizza isn’t fast food.
Texas they listed “Rudy’s.”
I am in Dallas area and never heard of it. When I searched they have 1 in Arlington, 1 in Frisco and 1 in Ft. Worth.
3 in the whole DFW metroplex?
Doubtful to be Texas’ favorite anything.
You actually think my ancient computer is faster than yours and I’ve already compiled the list? Boy I wish that were true. And if Iowa doesn’t say “Smitty’s Tenderloins” or “Maid-Rite” then it’s bogus. Texas has so many barbecue shacks, how would you ever decide?
<2 minute bake hi-temp masonry oven pizza can be fast food.
How would you know what Texans like? You’re “an illegal alien Freeper, according to some on the board.” :^)
I’ve never heard of their place for GA, gusto!
It might be quite good, but I’m sitting here wondering how much gusto! paid Yelp for the high rankings to make a list like this.
In-and-Out for California? Thanks 2ndDivisionVet.
Rudy’s ‘County Store’ and Bar-B-Q
Post the list.
There is no list you have to click thru, one by one
