A former FBI agent has been charged by the Department of Justice with knowingly and willfully leaking classified documents to a news organization.
According to NPR, former Minnesota FBI agent Terry Albury was charged this week with two counts of leaking classified information, including documents that detail how the FBI uses race and religion to profile potential targets.
What about folks at headquarters in DC? Are they exempt from the law? Comey, McCable, Sally, etc.
so let me understand this.
this agent leaked information about the FBI using race/religion as a marker, among others to track potential terrorists.
Since this is Minnesota with a large Moslim population, I assume they were tracking Somali Moslims.
This guy was against the profiling?
Is he a Moslim convert?
Law?
What Law.
The Law comes from our mouth....
It’s Starting.
In the Jeff Sessions's DOJ laws are for little people. Just like in the Holder, Lynch DOJ.
Didn’t Comey admit he leaked notes of a meeting with Trump through a friend? Isn’t that illegal?
I’m actually relieved to know that the FBI uses race and religion to profile.
Another lever
The STASI was more tight-lipped, not dribbling leaks all over the place.
No. The Law comes out the barrel of a gun. That's why the subjects should not be allowed to have guns , they might think that they own the government instead of being owned by the government.
Im actually relieved to know that the FBI uses race and religion to profile.

Do we have any specifics?
I went to the link and did not find any more information.
I would not be shocked to find that Caucasian Christians were profiled.
So why didn't he do it himself? Or just give an interview himself?
Still waiting for the Manuchurian AG to charge someone with giving aid and comfort to the enemy. Anyone in the Traitorobama kakistocracy would qualify.
Watched a historical account of the 1916 Irish Uprising last evening. Quite educational especially some of the quotes attributed to those seeking to be independent.
The Stasi were efficient and competent.................
At best, highly unethical, IMHO.
= = = = = = = = = = = = = =
Especially when if an FBI agent asks a question in what HE considers a ‘sit down’ and he says were you in ‘Springfield’ yesterday and you respond no, if he can produce a film or if you were being ‘observed’ crossing over the town/city line at ANY time in the 24 hr period, they are ‘allowed’ to charge you with lying at an FBI interview.
Just another ‘catch all’ to keep us peasants in line.
Every day these clowns wait to either CHARGE or ARREST one of these people just makes it all the harder to do it ‘tomorrow’.
‘DEFECATE OR GET OFF THE POT’
The Stasi were efficient
The ones who leaked never did so again.
