At best, highly unethical, IMHO.

Especially when if an FBI agent asks a question in what HE considers a ‘sit down’ and he says were you in ‘Springfield’ yesterday and you respond no, if he can produce a film or if you were being ‘observed’ crossing over the town/city line at ANY time in the 24 hr period, they are ‘allowed’ to charge you with lying at an FBI interview.
Just another ‘catch all’ to keep us peasants in line.
Every day these clowns wait to either CHARGE or ARREST one of these people just makes it all the harder to do it ‘tomorrow’.
