Undercover videos surfaced in 2015 showing Planned Parenthood officials openly discussing buying and selling the body parts and organs from aborted babies for research. Rather than opening an investigation into Planned Parenthood for trafficking in human body parts, California’s then-Attorney General Kamala Harris, a Democrat, filed charges against the undercover investigators, David Daleiden and Sandra Merritt of the Center for Medical Progress. Harris ordered Daleiden’s home to be raided, and using 11 agents, confiscated video research and evidence, in an attempt to prevent millions of people from seeing what actually goes on inside Planned Parenthood.
Harris’s successor, appointed California Attorney General Xavier Becerra, also a Democrat, egregiously brought 15 felony charges against Daleiden and co-investigator Sandra Merritt for making public “confidential communications” and “invasion of privacy,” even though the videos were filmed in public places, the Independent Journal Review reported. However, last week, a California court ruled that 14 of the 15 counts against Daleiden and Merritt were legally insufficient, and dismissed all but one of the criminal charges against them.
They should be given medals.
There is no such thing as “investigative journalists” they’re all lying fakes.

Yep, sure do. Well there’s the GM trucks exploding and the Washington state apple lies and a company named Physio Control that almost went bankrupt due to “investigative journalism” - there is no journalism today, just reporting. I do not trust any MSMLSD news outlet. Period. They can report on the tides and I wouldn’t believe them.

Well I’m looking at what journalists really were back in the day like a hundred years or so ago. They’d go out and write stories on their travels or on people they’ve met. Now the word journalist really doesn’t mean what it is, it’s used intermittently with reporter which is a lot different. A journalist writes a diary, a reporter goes to a scene of whatever and writes up whatever, true or not and is called a journalist. I think that a journalism is a lost art.
Just to add: It’s like today’s comedians getting a Mark Twain award for comedy. Mark Twain was not a comedian. Mark Twain was a humorist which is a lot different than that of these foul mouthed people who think they’re funny and some org or other gives them an award. There are no humorists today in the genius of Twain.
arris is going to be a nominee in 2024 for the dems for president. She is extremely liberal and dangerous because she uses the powers of government to stifle truth.
