(CNN)Some women are on the hunt for reversible birth control that could last through a Donald Trump presidency.
Tweets and Facebook posts about getting intrauterine devices, or IUDs, swept social media Wednesday as women warned each other that their access to birth control might dwindle once the President-elect takes office next year.

Throughout his campaign, Trump has promised to repeal the Affordable Care Act, or Obamacare, which mandates that insurers in the health insurance marketplace provide coverage for all FDA-approved birth control methods, including IUDs, with no copayment or coinsurance when provided in-network.

I have fun, now at my age, the gals I see aren’t in danger of getting preggers. When I was younger, I always asked just before. Never had to make any child support payments that way.
Phew!
What?
Young couples will get so excited about jobs that they’ll choose to have kids!
I do not have much experience as a consumer of birth control, but a simple search yields:

With or Without Insurance: without Insurer::
Policy/Plan:: Doctor or Clinic: Target Pharmacy
I think saying it typically cost $20 to $50 a month is high.
I get generic Ortho tri-cyclen, aka Tri-Sprintec at Target for only $9 a month!
Would’a

There is a whole lot of projection going on with this election.
This year my health insurance is going up to $2,000 per month with a $6,500 deductible, all so womyn don’t have to pay $10 a month for birth control pills or $1 for a rubber.

I was having this conversation with my “snowflake” daughter.
I concluded with, it seems the biggest focus of the progressives is the ability to fornicate without any possibilty of responsibility. Free pills, free abortions, free health care, and subsidized daycare.
First, they know their cost going in to the contract, since the cost of birth control methods is well known, and relative to a typical monthly premium, negligible.
Second, since they almost certainly have to charge men and women the same premiums due to societal beliefs, the insurance company earn extra profit on every male customer.
Third, the insurable risks for a woman of childbearing age are probably reduced if pregnancy is less likely. So that also helps the insurance company.
In a free market for health insurance we'll see insurance companies offering the features people want. No doubt somebody will offer the Young Person Plan with features oriented to people who want things like "free" birth control. A really smart company might offer "free" hangover cures, "free" after exercise massages, "free" testing for STDs, and even a dating service for their customers.
The monthly bill will no doubt cover all the "free" items.
Yep, we can pay for permanent tubal ligations for all of them.
They can skip a Starbucks, one morning a month and pay $3/77/month for their bc tablets at Walmart and other pharmacies!

If you are a female liberal democrat, the best choice would be an abortion and sterilization.
Got to stop the resultant nazi somehow.
I predict a baby boomlet beginning in August 2017.
Birth Control, an aspirin held firmly between the legs, OR saying NO. SHEESH. Liberals crying safe places, not taking finals hahaha keep it up The world changed the day that Mr. Trump was elected..
No, abortion is NEVER the answer. Abstainance works every time it's tried.
Just pay for your birth control, liberal wymyn.
Liberals demand we keep out of their wombs and bedrooms yet they then demand we pay for the abortions and birth control.
Wanna play, have to pay.
