(CNN)Some women are on the hunt for reversible birth control that could last through a Donald Trump presidency.

Tweets and Facebook posts about getting intrauterine devices, or IUDs, swept social media Wednesday as women warned each other that their access to birth control might dwindle once the President-elect takes office next year.

Throughout his campaign, Trump has promised to repeal the Affordable Care Act, or Obamacare, which mandates that insurers in the health insurance marketplace provide coverage for all FDA-approved birth control methods, including IUDs, with no copayment or coinsurance when provided in-network.

Oh NOES, the poor wymyn will have to pay for their own birth control, it's the end of the world!

No ladies, free birth control is not a human right.

One of the tweets:

trump WILL make birth control hundreds of dollars and make it near impossible to get an abortion. do not underestimate him. get an IUD y'all

It will be as available as it always was. The ladies will just have to open their wallets to pay for it.

They aren’t worried about ‘access’. They are worried about not being able to shove the cost of their choices off on the taxpayer. Call a spade a spade.

Since Obamacare premiums are making some families pay up[wards of $1,800 a month, I would think that money should be more than adequate to cover any contraceptive costs.

Baby aspirin stock will skyrocket.

Birth control - Hold a baby aspirin between your knees.

Birth control is taking steps to not get pregnant - not killing a living baby.

The pills and condoms are cheap - how about letting folks use their EBT cards for them instead of an extra case of Schlitz Malt Liquor? And stop rewarding the fatherless baby factories...

Became sexually active in the late '60s and never got a girl pregnant until I was married in 1980....it can be done.

The most effective birth control is abstinence, and it is free. Stop your whining kiddies.

How about just not going home with that stranger you just met in the hotel bar. It can save you some hard aches as well as some money.

I’ve always tried to think of health insurance like car insurance. The insurance company doesn’t pay for oil changes; it pays when you have an accident.

Similarly, I’m even happy to pay for office visits if I get covered for catastrophic illnesses.

Women should pay for their own freaking birth control. Duh. Why should taxpayers pay for it?

This is NEVER about birth control. It is always about abortion on demand. Abortion should never be paid by insurance. Don’t want to get pregnant - don’t have sex or use birth control, which is covered by insurance.
