SMH too, although, part of me wants her to keep spouting off like an unprofessional lunatic.

You’re right. Common sense or more better said, common decency and respect of law doesn’t exist anymore.

True, but he felt that he had to maintain a facade of constitutionality by calling it a “tax.” It is no more than a fig leaf at this point, but they still cannot be openly partisan.

Ginsburg would love to publicly campaign for Hillary and against Trump. She cannot do that, yet.

While the facade remains, we have something we can anchor to to rebuild a constitutionalist and a truly impartial judiciary. If Hillary gets a term, all bets are off.

“We are not quite at the point where Supreme Court Justices can be openly biased. They still have to cloak their biases in legal terminology.”

Yes-—but the “terminology” is meaningless now. Her words are meaningless, just as they are when she issues “opinions” from the bench. Up is Down, Sodomy can create “unions” and is a “Natural Right from God”, Freedom is Slavery, and Vice is Virtue. It is Marxist utopianism-—total removal from Reality and Natural Law (basis of our Constitution).

When Truth (God’s Laws) are returned to Rule of Law (Higher Law/truth/Logic/Science)-—then we will truly “progress”, otherwise we will descend into man’s made-up, irrational laws and into the gutter.

Only with Virtue can freedom exist (trust has to exist for cohesive societies). Christian Ethics are the most just and equal, since they grew out of the wisdom of Stoicism (Greeks/Romans) combined with the Theological Virtues which includes Charity (true love/selflessness) which is essential for virtue formation. Only Jesus gave us the virtues of “forgiveness” and humility and an egalitarian “faith”, which is essential in all human relationships if they are to flourish. Not irrational egalitarianism where males are females which removes Right Reason (Logic/Science/Biology) from Just Law. All laws have to be based in Reason!!!!!! but today, they are based on Marxist utopianism (irrationality) which is unconstitutional. Insane, actually.

Why would she admit she was wrong? Does she think Trump’s attorney general will go easier on her during her trial for treason because of this admission?

What does “ill advised” mean? Who advised her to say what she did re Trump? She alone made the comments and has to live with them. She is and always has been a leftist loser and should never have been chosen for the SC! The two other despicable female RATS in the Court should also resign asap! Trump can and will make much better choices for the Court if he is elected. Hitlery would make the Court into a RAT-infested judiciary.

All this hand-wringing on our side that Trump needs to "tone it down" was unwarranted.

False; he does need to tone it down to the extent he is not viewed as crossing an ethical line (as for example the federal judge comments with respect to ethnicity).

In this case, Ginsburg launched a random partisan political attack on a presidential candidate, unheard of for a Supreme Court Justice. The MSM tried to spin Trump's response to Ginsburg's advantage by not fully quoting him but that was an epic failure due to the unprecedented ethical infraction of Ginsburg. Trump, and we, won this round because Trump did not overreact as he did with the other judge.

She needs to stay seated until Trump is sworn in. We can’t risk two seats being appointed at the last minute with sharia law lovers or whatever Obama/Soros have up their sleeves.

Justice Ginsburg on Trump comments: "My recent remarks...were ill-advised and I regret making them."

Maybe. But they were made, and they cast Ginsburg's judgment into serious doubt. At the very least, she's undermined her credibility to rule on any policy or law advocated by Trump or involving Trump, and she should recuse herself from all such cases. At the worst, she's raised questions about her competence to serve as an SC justice at all.

Question: Why is Soros let off the hook for his many donations and full support of radical groups like Black Lives Matter? His intentions are to bring down America however he can. He should be deported for these actions and soon!

They weren’t just “ill advised.” They violated judicial ethics. And note how she didn’t apologize. She simply regretted her remarks.

Time for Ginsburg to resign. She'd have to recuse herself from a majority of cases under Trump's admin, regardless.

Resign Ginsburg
