But a judge cannot be biased I was told. Maybe only judges with Mexican roots cannot be biased. I’m so confused.
Rumor is the reason she is back tracking her attacks on Donald after her exposed attempt to sexually harass Trump who obviously won’t give the old egyptian mummy wrapped in black robes for the under world the attention she wanted from Donald because she has the hots for him is, she is worried the other rumors will come out.
For example, the rumor that she said something to Thomas to the efffect she has “under these black robes” viz “what it takes” to “protect” Thomas from the white cops who want to hunt down a “black” like him in the streets of DC, pull Thomas over while he is “driving while black” and then “plug him”.
Apparently Thomas told her he doesn’t need to find out what’s under her robes because he can smell it across the room.
Was it not, Mrs. Clinton's (impeached and disbarred) alleged occasional roommate who appointed the apparently less-than-stable judge?

Pretty amazing sequence of events here. I don't really care about the apology as it's phony as all get out and totally meaningless. I know that Ginsberg is not really sorry at all and is seething with anger that she has been forced into this humiliating position.
They are not used to people who fight back! They have gotten away with being bullies for way too long. All this hand-wringing on our side that Trump needs to "tone it down" was unwarranted. This is a WINNING strategy. The establishment Democrats have had their way for so long that they have no idea how to handle this. Usually by now, they have been able to "Palinize" their opposition.
That said, the battle continues. There will be many more "tests" for Trump and the GOP as we approach the November election. These folks are not going to go down easily and things will get nastier yet. Let's hope that Trump's take-no-prisoners approach rubs off on some other conservatives along the way.

The judge idea isn’t working. Replace them with elected legal review boards from any background, not just legal, which can send cases to a randomly selected grand jury and thence to a jury. Magistrates can preside over the order and protocol of trials.

Ginsburg is a liberal disgrace. She needs to resign and go away.
Trump should sue her
I don’t want her to retire today. I want her to stick around until after Trump gets sworn in.
My point is they do what they want, the rule of law is dead, the media covers it up and the public is apathetic. There is absolutely NOTHING that will make her recuse herself on any case involving the election.
