This is the saddest day of my life. I can't even wrap my mind around the horror of what happened last night in Orlando, where 50 joyful dancing queers were murdered by a religious extremist. I'm sad -- devastated, in my soul -- about that; but I'm also sad that the events of Orlando have shattered my political beliefs, as I can no longer swear allegiance to a peace-love-and-unicorns progressive philosophy that only helps to get my fellow queers killed.
Yes, there is a war between religious fundamentalism and the spirit of love and tolerance. But we progressives here in America still labor under the delusion that the religion we need to combat is Christianity. But that's a strawman opponent, and has been so for decades. Since the 1990s, Christian extremists have essentially lost all their power, and are now toothless nonplayers in the "culture wars." Meanwhile, Muslim extremists, with guns, murder us, and on the left our only response is to bleat about "Islamophobia" and jump through hoops trying to explain away the self-evident religious motivation for the killings...

Is it too early for
WE TOLD YOU SO.
any homosexual person should seriously consider voting AGAINST the D party machine (Hillary or Bernie or anyone else that supports, covers up for, or enables IslamoNazi terrorist gangsterism)
they Moslems may do a whole lot of “non-traditional” sex... but they still burn homosexuals alive and throw them off tall buildings
no homosexual person (or any one of the rest of us, for that matter) is safe as long as the IslamoNazi-backers and enablers control our federal government
How can gays, Jews, or women ever support a party that openly supports the importation of Muslims? Crazy town.
Sorry buddy, the Saudis have more money. You’ve been sold out by the left.
It’s called reality and only Trump is willing to protect this country. The democraps want to bring in hundreds of thousands of moslems so they can do this all over again.
Excellent.
Between 2001 and 2013, the U.S. permanently resettled nearly 30,000 Afghan migrants on green cards. According to Pew, nearly all Muslims in Afghanistan (99%) support sharia law as official law.
Any and all Muslims attempting to immigrate to the US who believe that Sharia Law is equal to or greater than the US Constitution should NOT be allowed into this country. In America it is the Constitution and Federal/State/Local law that rules, NOT SHARIA!
It’s time for all of us in the West to wake up. Hey, I don’t agree with the gay lifestyle as a Christian....but killing them???? Heck no. Same for athiests, ect. I grew up in a time where we ‘agreed to disagree’ and respected each other’s opinion. I’ve never seen anything like it is today.
I guess Barack and Hillary’s plan to increase terrorism in an effort to force gun confiscation on the country by importing muslim refugees has hit a bump in the road.
They didn’t count on the muslim terrorists attacking a fellow Dem protected class.
Didn’t the muslims get the memo?
Meanwhile the President rushes to import 10,000 people by the end of the year whom subscribe to a religion that advocates killing other people who do not believe the same.
If only the blacks would have the same epiphany.
Sort of like a variation of an old joke about the definition of "a crying shame": a bus load of Obama voters driving off a cliff ... with an empty seat.
The difference is that Christians don’t hate Gays. Christians hate the sin. Jihadi Muslims hate the Gay. Christians will pray for your healing to the Living God. Muslims will just slaughter you.
Well, they just got a taste of cold, hard reality.
Good patriotic, God fearing, gun-toting Christians who believe in the Constitution and everything that made America great is the ONLY reason the Muslims havent taken over and thrown your kind off of buildings everywhere. So why did you welcome them with open arms and preach diversity until they started opening fire on your kind?
But not Mitt Romney. And have we heard from Ted about whether he’s for HIllary or Trump?
It’s worth noting that George W. Bush was in the White House for most of the period between 2001 and 2013.
