Last night during an appearance on ABC’s Jimmy Kimmel Live, Kimmel delivered a question from Bernie Sanders. It’s seems Bernie wanted to know if Trump was willing to attend the now-cancelled debate in which Hillary was too scared to participate. Trump said “yes,” as long as the event generated some money for charity.
What exactly constitutes a “nice sum” has not been revealed, but Bernie wasted no time in issuing a response. He’s ready to rumble.

Saw a news report on Venezuela today. People eating dogs caught in the street. Eating from garbage cans.. Looting a food truck full of 50 lb rice bags, with those strong enough taking two at a time on their shoulders.
Not even stopping when the armed military arrived at the scene. A vision of a future socialist America as it feels the Bern.
This isn’t happening.
How the hell is Bernie going to defend the economics of socialism at all, let alone against Trump?
Trump must feel like a lion looking at a liberal who wandered into the forest stark naked with “kumbaya” painted in rainbow colors on his chest.

You couldn't make this stuff up. Two old NYC guys, take polar opposite directions in life, both highly successful. They tear through the political trash that's destroying the country and have EVERYONE paying attention to politics.
Sanders will express his view very well. He's led them his whole life. Same with Trump. Think about it. Two different definitions of success, with both achieving them.

Hillary can’t debate. She has to have a pre-scripted speech from a teleprompter. She not only can’t think on her feet, but she can’t take questions about her criminal activity or respond to statements about it.

Very smart move:
1. They debate or just the suggestion is there.
2. Clinton loses Cali
3. Clinton gets 100 delegates, ensuring her the win.
4. Bernie peeps go batsh*t insane and flop to Trump
There is some risk. A candidate might make a gaffe or mistake that damages their campaign. I don’t think it’s worth the risk for the little gain involved.

As intriguing as the possibility is, I think you are right. No need for the risk at this point. Just the discussion of this focuser attention on HRC’s refusal to debate, and that’s enough.
