One hour video: Highlights from the first 10 minutes include Chris Cox's hilarious but poignant assessment of Hillary Clinton’s remarks regarding the 2nd Amendment. Cox leads the NRA’s Institute for Legislative Action, which is the NRA lobbying arm.
Cox: “Friends, let me say this: Hillary Clinton has a legitimate chance to be the next president, as long as people like us stay home. Sit on the sidelines” and “You know what? We’re giving her reason for optimism these days. She looks at all the discord and division and starts shopping online for ‘His and Hers’ twin beds for the White House.”
Cox also played an audio clip with Clinton barking like a dog from her 2015 campaign speech to illustrate Hillary's stance on the Second Amendment.
This clip was followed by a visual display highlighting Hillary's remark, “the Supreme Court is wrong on the Second Amendment," whereby Hillary is attacking peoples’ rights to defend themselves against armed intruders. Clinton must be defeated.
Cox went on to say, “She wants us to live in a place where only law enforcement has guns, and everything is free: free meals, free healthcare, free education,” he said.
“Well Hillary, that place does exist and you just might get to live there — it’s called prison.”
And the crowd roared.
Cox is really pushing everyone to get and vote instead of brooding over their candidates loss. He emphasized the need to block Clinton and protect the viability of the Second Amendment.
Great speech by The Donald.

Yes it was. He got standing ovation after standing ovation.
Anyone who has ANY problem with what Trump said in that speech — without a TelePrompTer BTW — does not belong here IMHO.

Here are some highlights from Trump’s speech following the NRA endorsement:
Trump is calling for full reciprocity: enacting laws that would force states to accept concealed carry permits issued by ANY state, vowed to eliminate gun-free zones in schools, and stopping the idea of expanding background checks.
In his speech, Trump made the argument that gun rights are a line of defense against fighting criminal thugs and terrorism. He explained that Hillary Clinton is weak on this issue.
“We’re getting rid of gun-free zones, I can tell you,” he promised and stated, “we had guns on the other side” the San Bernardino, Calif., massacre wouldn’t have been as bad.
Trump smartly referenced Clinton’s advantage with female voters. He explained that limiting a woman’s access to guns as Hillary intends for all, results in a woman who doesn’t “have the right to defend herself.”
“That is so unfair and that is so egregious. I’ll tell you what — my poll numbers with women are starting to go up,” he said.
The NRA has made it clear that the organization will do whatever it takes to stop Hillary Clinton- Heartless Hillary.
Wayne LaPierre, president of the NRA, invoked Trump’s campaign slogan:
“By God, we will elect our next President, we will save our freedom and America truly will be Great Again!”
Chris Cox, primary lobbyist for NRA:
“If Hillary Clinton gets the opportunity to replace Antonin Scalia with an anti-gun Supreme Court justice,
WE WILL LOSE THE INDIVIDUAL RIGHT TO KEEP A GUN in the home for self-defense.”
“Mrs. Clinton has said that the Supreme Court got it wrong on the Second Amendment.”
“So the choice for gun owners in this election is clear.”
“And that choice is Donald Trump.”
Always puts a lump in my throat...
The heartless hillary branding is really great. Now we need some really visceral, terrifying commercials where some poor woman is on 911 and being terrorized by home invaders. We’ve all heard those 911 calls on the news where the terror just makes your skin crawl.
Cut over to hillary talking about how she would get rid of the Second Amendment.
Return to the terrified 911 call where the police can’t get there fast enough.
Close with gun control is heartless and hurts women.
Every minute of this video is awesome. Makes me proud to be a life member. Chris Cox is one sharp cookie. Wayne LaPierre gave one of his best speeches ... started at a low boil, then got better and better. Donald Trump knocked it out of the park and recieved several standing O’s.
We can America great again.
