Now Senate Democrats want Barrack Obama to pick a Liberal Justice to remake the USSC with the wake of the death of Justice Scailia.
Yet these hypocrites seem to forget they used the filibuster, down right racism to delay and finally deny George w. Bush's nominee Miguel Estrada a seat on the federal bench. Democrats and Leftist Groups labeled Mr. Estrada as "Political Dangerous," because if confirmed they felt that he might ascend to the USSC as the first Hispanic on the high court.
For 28 months Democrats and Leftist Groups used every racist tactic in the book to deny and delay an up or down vote. So ruthless were these tactics that Estrada's Wife miscarried their child and later killed herself, which promoted Estrada to withdrew his nomination to the federal bench.
Why should this racist and a lame duck President remake our courts, when they denied a nomination on pure racism and political dirty tricks, I say turn about is fair play.
“If Obama nominated Bernie sanders or Hillary Clinton the idiot republicans would vote to confirm. They are that pathetic.”
I wouldn’t doubt your comment at all, but, you forgot Billy Boy.
Loretta Lynch has already been âpre-approvedâ by this Senate (56-43)
The outcry from the MSM to install her will be monstrous.
But, will anyone point out that being on the Supreme Court is a completely different job? How does the fact that the Senate confirmed her for one appointed post indicate that they must confirm her to another appointed post??
She has the three “golden” tickets:
Harvard Law
Black
Female
(of course so does Mrs. Baraq Hussein Obama, LOL)
I am not a conspiracy theorist but Scalia’s death is too coincidental. On the other hand, he was 80.
I do not put it past Obama and his people pulling some dirty tricks to get what they want, including murder.
Obama did say in the New Year that he was no lameduck and that there would be lots of fireworks to come in 2016.
The following posting makes it clear Obama’s people had the means and opportunity to take out Scalia:

That makes me a conspiracy nut but I don’t mind. The death and its timing was just too convenient. Hopefully, the coroner acted quickly and had the latest tools available.
I’m not a conspiracy theorist but I could not ignore the irony of Justice Scalia having a heart attack while he was alone at a remote hunting resort. And 11 mos from the swearing in of a new and likely GOP President.
Do Republican Senators remember when the Democrats turned the name Bork into a verb?
Bork any nominee that Obama makes.
Estrada was also in support of Elena Kagen.
Bull. The Senate has a Constitutional right to advise and consent. That does not mean roll over and confirm whatever far left-wing liberal that Obama picks.
It is long past time to remind Obama that he is not the dictator of a third world banana republic and that the Congress is a co-equal branch of the government.
Yes but they denied him because they did not want a Republican to appoint a Hispanic to the high court.
So when they attempted to block Thomas or gave Scalia a rough ride that was ok when our man made the appointment and they were in control?
And what about Pickering too?
VERY good reminder.
I hadn’t forgotten all that, but it hasn’t been on my mind the past 24 hours.
It is something the democrats and their media pals need reminding of!!!
We need to hit the talk radioshows hard on Tuesday.
I had forgotten those tactics.
Thank you for the reminder of their judicial intolerance.
The Democrats set the rules. We have to play by them.
“They pull a knife, you pull a gun. He sends one of yours to the hospital, you send one of his to the morgue. *That’s* the *Chicago* way!”
You view the process through the lens of moral relativism, there are no universal truths.
Relativists deny the Laws of Nature.
I say the truth is that democrat goals are destructive to the republic.
How about the Pickering fiasco. That seat mostly stayed open 6 years.
So do unto others is a bad thing?
