Just a quick question.
I'd like to get rid of Firefox and replace it. Party due to the ousting of Brendan Eich, partly because it keeps on wanting to install updates on my Mac, and then giving me the pinwheel of death.
Google Chrome is out due to Net Neutrality.
I've heard of Chromium or Pale Moon.
Can anyone give decent suggestions please?
Thanks!

iCab
It allows you to save entire web pages with their pics into one file, and it allows you to block popups and other adcrap.

Would love to see pros/cons of browser security, privacy options, etc. myself.

Try
Midori -- small footprint, works fine and, as far as I can tell, there's no homosexual agenda being pushed nor is there any goose-stepping to hussein's fascist illegal net neutrality.

I'm using Pale Moon since Brendan Eich was kicked out. It's a good browser, with the "old school" GUI, and it runs all the extensions that you may need.
I believe Opera is also OK, but I tried it only on Android and on Linux, not on Windows. Google Chrome supports AdBlock and NoScript, in some form, and is also usable.

Got Chrome...Chrome is from Google, the same far-left outfit that celebrates communist Caesar Chavez instead of Christ on Easter.

I tried Palemoon (32-bit) after Firefox, but Pm killed some of the extenstions between v24 and v25.
I ran across Cyberfox and have been using it (32-bit version) for a few weeks. It seems to handle the Firefox extensions better than Palemoon did.

Google forked it from Chromium originally i think. Not surprising, GeronL. Leftists such as Google specialize in property theft. They're looters, stealing from the producers. That, of course, is the underlying principle of hussein's power grab using net neutrality.
It won't be long until only PBS and NPR will be the only "choices" available on TV and the web. Google is complicit with the regime in spreading liberal propaganda as shown a few posts above with Chavez replacing Christ as the central figure of Easter.

Safari works fine on the MacsI am about the least computer savy person around. My Mac came with Safari, and works fine. I thought Safari was created specifically for MACs, but I really don't know for sure. As long as I can surf FR, and watch hockey games on NHL Gamecenter, I am happy. 😄
