In the wake of the Boston Marathon bombings, Mayor Michael Bloomberg said Monday the country’s interpretation of the Constitution will “have to change” to allow for greater security to stave off future attacks.

Yep, he lays out their plan and the reason they seem to just let these things happen and don't enforce existing laws that would counter the crime, violence and now terror.
When you don't have a crisis to take advantage of, make one or let it happen. The more the better.
