Yep, he lays out their plan and the reason they seem to just let these things happen and don't enforce existing laws that would counter the crime, violence and now terror.

It appears to me that we are finding out now that the deceased suspect was known to the FBI and had a personal interview with them after being tipped off by the Russians in 2011. Yet, he remained here, not deported, and he was not a US Citizen.
What more evidence do we need to deport individuals hell bent on doing harm to US citizens?
