Feinstein: Watertown Citizens Don’t Need Assault Weapons to Protect Themselves By Andrew Johnson April 21, 2013 1:09 PM

Senator Dianne Feinstein (D., Calif.) stood by her push for an assault-weapons ban when Fox News Sunday’s Chris Wallace pressed her on whether Boston and Watertown residents may have preferred to arm and protect themselves on Friday while the suspect was at large. “If where you’re going is, do they need an assault weapon? I don’t think so,” she said.

If America had an impartial press there would be reporters out interviewing Watertown residents and asking their opinion on Finestein's statement.

A few days ago my wife and I commented that there were probably a lot of Watertown residents sitting defenseless in their locked houses thinking "if only I owned a gun."

WATERTOWN, MA — On Friday, April 19, 2013, during a manhunt for a bombing suspect, police and federal agents spent the day storming people’s homes and performing illegal searches. While it was unclear initially if the home searches were voluntary, it is now crystal clear that they were absolutely NOT voluntary. Police were filmed ripping people from their homes at gunpoint, marching the residents out with their hands raised in submission, and then storming the homes to perform their illegal searches.

This was part of a larger operation that involved total lockdown of the suburban neighbor to Boston. Roads were barricaded and vehicle traffic was prohibited. A No-Fly Zone was declared over the town. People were “ordered” to stay indoors. Businesses were told not to open. National Guard soldiers helped with the lockdown, and were photographed checking IDs of pedestrians on the streets. All the while, police were performing these disgusting house-to-house searches.

And this witch is in a heavily protected, guns-loaded, heavily armed environment that you and I are not allowed to work in, nor are we allowed to be protected by armed guards when we go to places.

A filthy, stinking, small-minded jackass.

Police: Boston Bombing Suspects Didn’t Have Gun Permits

Apr. 22, 2013 6:59am Billy Hallowell

CAMBRIDGE, Mass. (TheBlaze/AP) — A Massachusetts police official say the brothers suspected of bombing the Boston Marathon before having shootouts with authorities didn’t have gun permits.

Cambridge Police Commissioner Robert Haas tells The Associated Press in an interview Sunday that neither Tamerlan Tsarnaev (tsahr-NEYE’-ehv) nor his brother Dzhokhar had permission to carry firearms.

Good Folks of America,

Just remember, every day from today, is one less that the woman who vowed to disarm all of us, has to live on the face of this Earth. She is older than my young 60 years of age.

So, with every shout of objection, every written piece of opinion from you, or I, every video decrying how incorrect she is, in her interpretation of The Constitution, just might be “Wallace’s shout of ‘Freedom’ in Longshank’s ears’.

Now, as for ME, I will continue to stand, write, opine, speak, and write, that the very last words of the 2nd Amendment STATES, “shall not be infringed”. I shall continue to exercise my 2nd Amendment blood-bought right, as I, a sovereign American citizen, sees fit. I shall gladly purchase which firearm of which caliber I CHOOSE, and shall outfit said firearm, with which accessories I CHOOSE, and with which type, style, power level, and quantity of ammunition, I CHOOSE.

Long Live The Republic!!

Two things that she said yesterday to Mr. King still reverberate in my mind: 1) Immediately she said that the administration performed well (even though no one mentioned any thing about the administration’s performance at that time), and 2) This kind of talk/analysis is not helpful. That tells me all I need to know about this big government liberal. Actually Senator, this kind of debate (before, during and after) is what the USA does need, not your one-sided, big-government-knows-best kind of centralized control. FUDF.

Due to the ammo shortage please be careful out there when buying ammo from unknown reloaders:

We have a Bill of RIGHTS, not a Bill of NEEDS, because the Founders anticipated the possible future election of fascists like her.

House Dismantles Fourth Amendment While America Distracted
April 20, 2013 by Breaking News 24 Comments

While Americans were focusing on the Boston Marathon bombings and defending the Second Amendment to the Constitution from the Senate’s efforts to eliminate guns, the House was busy about the business of destroying the Fourth Amendment.

After two days of debate this week, the House passed CISPA, the Cyber Intelligence Sharing and Protection Act, by a vote of 288-127, with 18 abstaining. The legislation would allow the federal government to engage private sector firms — think Google — in the business of monitoring your emails, postings and user data for nebulous “threat information” which would then be shared “voluntarily” without need for any sort of warrant.

So much for the Constitution. For those paying attention, the Boston bombing has been a textbook example of how powerful and arrogant our government has become. The show of force (military vehicles, armored vehicles, full automatic weapons, riot gear) demonstrates why the 2nd Amendment was written. The 4th Amendment is useless without the 2nd.

Dzhokhar Tsarnaev Not Most Dangerous Criminal in US – Obama Is

Obama is now waging war against the American citizens, only many of them are too stupid to realize it. In the past four years, Obama has changed the face of American law. He has been systematically removing our God given and constitutional rights. Americans no longer have the right to free speech, to religion, to bear arms without infringement, the right to privacy, nor do the states have any of their 10th Amendment rights over the federal government.

I suppose anybody who asked for a warrant would have been shot, or at least eaten the butt of an assault rifle before being arrested.

From another thread, here's a quote from Karl Denninger:

"The Constitutional Rights of an entire town, some 30,000 residents, were wantonly and outrageously violated yesterday, yet not one media outlet is focusing there."
