MOST little girls grow up playing with Barbie dolls. Some even want to look like them. One 21-year-old has become one, or so she says.
Valeria Lukyanova has become an internet sensation in her home country of Russia, claiming on her blog to be the most famed woman on the Russian-language internet. Her doll-like features, long blonde hair and perfect body make her look like a real life Barbie.
In fact, with her tiny waist, she bears such a resemblance to the famed plastic doll that cynical web users have been speculating about whether or not she is real. In a spoof video posted on YouTube an animated version of the model undergoes surgery to enhance her already prominent body....

Head looks hollow, too.
Yes we Ken!
I don’t know why they stretch the Barbie to 7 or 8 feet to acquire the dimensions.
Why they give us the dimensions for a woman 5’8, if she had the dimensions of Barbie. It’s only math.
Creepy.
I would require an upclose and personal inspection to verify all the equpment.
LOL
In the pic posted at #22, it looks like she’s wearing some of those magic circle contact lenses, that are basically widening the outer ring of the iris with a dark colored circle to make the eyes appear larger.
Wasn’t it said that dolls are something you dress and undress and play around with? ... That one would slap ya!
In the words of Charlie Sheen (Two and a half men) “I wonder if she’s anatomically correct?”
Scary is right.
you were a bad boy.....:O) My daughter was the youngest and had 4 older brothers, they left her barbie alone, but she grew up tough as nails...don’t mess with her...LOL
We look so angelic and sweet when we finally collapse and fall asleep, but it's just camo. ;)

The pretty ones are always nuts.
agree with you, angelic and sweet when they sleep. Snakes in the garage, tadpoles by the bucket, boys are fun to raise....I earned my daughter by having 4 boys....:O)
Barbie is an image that can’t be equated to mathematical numbers. The attempt by whoever put up that graphic of Barbie alongside the other woman was obviously to show that Barbie is not sized correctly, in their opinion.
Barbie is sized exactly correctly for Barbie to be marketed to consumers.
As for the image, the girls that are dressing themselves up to look like Barbie have done a darn good job of it. It is impressive. With an artists eye they have captured the look.
In do so, those girls have demonstrated very marketable skills and obvious talent.

You do know that the reason for Barbie’s “proportions” is so that they show through the clothes, right?
They’re not idealized; you just can’t scale the fabric to make it soft enough to show any femininity through them. If the doll was built with real womanly curves, they wouldn’t show through its clothes.
