New evidence conclusively establishes that 25 U.S. Supreme Court opinions were sabotaged then republished at Justia.com during the run up to the 08 election. My prior report documented the scrubbing of just two cases. But last week, a third sabotaged case was discovered which led to a thorough examination of all US Supreme Court cases which cite Minor v. Happersett as they appeared on Justia.com between 2006 and the present.
Since Justia placed affirmations on each tampered opinion which state Full Text of Case, personnel may also be guilty of violating 18 U.S.C. 1018 by intentionally passing off tampered versions of US Supreme Court opinions as if they were official versions published by the US Supreme Court.
+++SNIP+++
Regardless of who you supported in 2008, or whether you agree with the assertion of Minors relevance, every American should be outraged that 25 Supreme Court cases were surgically sabotaged and then passed off to the public as if the tampered versions contained the Full Text of Case.
+++SNIP+++
... Justias reaction to my last report mirrored the deception of the sabotage. Instead of addressing the proof, Justia quietly and with stealth un-scrubbed the evidence without acknowledging or addressing the issue at all. And they placed .txt robots on their URLs for the two previously identified cases so the Wayback Machine could no longer provide historical snapshots of those cases as published at Justia.
TWO LAYERS OF SABOTAGE
In all 25 instances of tampering, the case name Minor v. Happersett was removed from Justias publication of each SCOTUS opinion which cited to it. Anyone searching for cases citing Minor at Justia or Google were led into a maze of confusion. In some instances, not only was the case name scrubbed, the numerical citation was also removed along with whole sentences of text.
Ping to 23 and more in thread. Not sure why someone posted this identical article a day later .
Can U post a link tothe story? We need to to go it and post the link to the natborn site
People need To tweet and out it in their Facebook pages. We need to come up with a hash tag so more people will see it.
I think that we need to post the link in the comments area of any site that has the story about Rubio. If it is emailed to the station they can keep it covered up. If it’s posted on message boards they can delete it but people will probably see it before they can nuke it.
Thanks for posting that. If I ever learned it in school I forgot it ;)
They nuked that post. What did he say? Heil Obama? lol
I started using #JustiaGate yesterday.
YES!!!!!
You better believe it.
I found an interesting correlation about that very topic just last night, but didn’t publish it. It is just a citation, a reference really, it was where that citation was that is interesitng.
So try this, searth Stanleys name with members of Obama’s team... either in the White House, or with the campaign. I am guessing that there will be more campaign connections than anything, but I have not really looked into that yet. I have too much homework to do today. I don’t have time to do that searching right now.
If you want to do some searching, that is where I would start.
Rofl touché !
Ok when I get home I will do some more!
I’m not sure which comment that was, at least two were pulled. Freepmail coming your way...
My interest in historic voting rights limited to property holders is of course based on today’s potential tipping point: Voters paying no taxes as a majority capable of extracting from a minority whatever they please.
Women’s sufferage - no problem - the only thing I agree with Obummer is that everyone should have “some skin in the game”.
With some 53% of “taxpayers” thinking they pay nothing there is no cost in their minds to tax increases, increased spending, bigger government, etc.
With our new majorities in many states and the possibility of taking Congress and the presidency I’m interested in anything to ensure that any voter has some skin in the game.
Poll taxes are out - right now - truth be told - Mr. Cain’s 9-9-9 plan might wake everybody up to the waste and growth of the federal government.
Everybody might begin to question the excesses of fed studies on jogging shrimp to limiting our internal energy production when its coming out of their own pockets.
The way I view it after President Cain’s administration (or even during it) we might go for 8-8-8, 7-7-7, 6-6-6 (oops - skip that one!) or 5-5-5. Just a thought ... ;-)
So the Waybackmachine is covering a$$ too, on the eligibility issue, trying to make people who have bothered to notice the shananigans look like morons. I’d be very interested to know which Obots noticed that the Waybackmachine gave a different error message 3 days after this guy filed his report, and argued that he was thus “mistaken”. Looks like they chose to mess with the wrong guy, because he noticed the asterisk that caused an abnormal/altered error message to be given instead.
The standard line from the Obots is that “birthers” consider every source that doesn’t agree with them as part of a vast conspiracy. A person dreads to say that the Waybackmachine can’t be trusted, because it sounds so far-fetched. But this guy has documented that they ARE messing with this stuff. They have the ability (and apparently motive) to manipulate all the parameters and have been caught doing so.
This case was to make it seem like they can’t show what was on the NY BOE page long ago, when in reality they are BLOCKING it from being shown. What would keep them from being able to create a snapshot of the NY BOE page as it is today and putting it into the archive as though it really was what was showing 5 years ago? What would keep them from literally “altering” history - just as the Passport Office, HDOH, and Selective Service have done?
We are genuinely living in a “1984” type scenario, where reality itself is being subjected to manipulation, to get us to believe against what we actually know. With this kind of stuff going on, who is credible? Anybody who cares about truth should find all this sobering - regardless of what they think of Obama’s eligibility. We are becoming a civilization that has no way of being sure what is real and what has been manipulated.
And as with the Justia thing, the Waybackmachine manipulation that has now been documented raises the question of why anybody would go to the trouble of manipulating these particular things, if there wasn’t something they wanted hidden.
. . . . A LOT of (paid?) SP's on this thread.

Most FReepers share that interest. Many would agree a President Cain, with the support of both chambers of Congress, may be able to greatly increase the number of voters that have a financial interest in the antics of our politicians.
However, real property ownership has never been a qualifier in all of the states, before or after admission, and a poll tax would require an amendment (see 24th A.)
The only way to achieve the skin goal is to require those not now paying federal income tax to pay a corresponding national tax. Sound difficult? It will be difficult and the clamor has already commenced: Cains plan will particularly hurt the poooor.
Have you noticed the poooor have cell phones, Ipods, cable television, internet connection, alcoholic beverages, buy illegal drugs, cigarettes, they rent, or go to movies, purchase fast foods, junk food, cola drinks, eat restaurant meals, have artificial fingernails, dyed hair, tattoos, designer sneakers.
What’d I forget?
America - the only country in the world where poor people are FAT~!
Lottery tickets! (Especially the "scratch off" kind.)
Whatd I forget?
no taxes and the right to vote for more goodies...
