Henry Juszkiewicz, the CEO of Gibson Guitars, Inc. was on The Dana Loesch Show on Friday. Gibson is under attack by the the Obama Justice Department for accusations that the company broke American Indian laws.
Juszkiewiz said the government suggested that the company's use of unfinished wood from India is illegal, not because of U.S. law, but because of the Justice Department's interpretation of a law in India. The Holder Justice Department raided at least two Gibson manufacturing plants this week forcing hundreds of workers off their jobs. Juszkiewiz says the company lost a million dollars this week.
Finally, Henry Juszkiewicz told Dana, "The Obama Justice Department wants us to just shut our doors and go away." He says he will continue to fight for the Gibson company and its workers.

Blues Boy is still breathing!
This should be looked into. Who are Gibson’s competitors and have they contributed to Obama? Follow the money.
I didn’t know that previous history.
This kind of thing raises my hackles, because it seems like a direct affront to our constitutional framework and our national sovereignty.
This whole infatuation by liberals with “Foreign Law” and trying to apply it to OUR citizens in OUR country really pisses me off.
Help spread the word. Post it on your Fakebook page. I did. Put the musicians on the spot.
I guess the CEO of Gibson Guitars is not one of Eric Holders People.... Anyone that is not one of his people, has got it coming to them....
I keep having this fantasy that Obama is tried for treason in a military tribunal and hung! What this POS is doing to the country far surpasses the punishment of impeachment!
THIS, ladies and gentlemen, is what the whole country will be going thru if Obama is re-elected. NO HEALTH SERVICE if you aren't a DEMOCRAT VOTER!!
Only some foreign laws they want to follow.

Who knew a Swiss cracker from the 1700's could be a Bammy hater?
There’s no such thing as American Rosewood, for starters.
There is a tradition that new administrations don't investigate or prosecute previous administrations.
That needs to stop!
The Obama administration has operated in a lawless manner from the outset -- abusing the law...or perverting it...as their needs dictated. This simply cannot be allowed in a free society.
Investigate. Prosecute. Punish. Our government simply must abide the laws.
Those responsible for Fast & Furious were attempting an end-run on our constitutional rights. They cannot be allowed to go scot-free.
there’s enough country music folk who
see nobama for what he is
I own enough Gibsons, and I take it very personally
Just wondering....is Gibson Guitars unionized??
I’m a musician and a conservative. Believe it or not - the raid on Gibson and the changes in the Lacey Act requiring documentation of the origin of the wood used in musical instruments - no matter what their age, is actually waking musicians up. I for, for one, am glad to see it.
When I see a fellow musician is waking up to government corruption - I tell them about Fast and Furious, and the Food Safety Act. Musicians aren’t dummies. They can be very powerful allies.
The Gibson company broke no laws in their purchase of the wood from East India. They have all the pertinent documents about the purchase and shipment, and customs declarations. In fact, someone in the comments to the story mentioned that Martin Guitars, in PA, uses the same wood from the same location, in East India, but hasn’t been bothered by the DOJ, neither have any of the other manufacturers of guitars in the US. The only difference between Gibson, and the others, is that Gibsons are made in TN, which is a Right to Work state, and all the others are made in states with union labor.
A government big enough to give you everything you want is big enough to take everything you have. — Gerald R. Ford.
... including your guitar.
Then take his damn guitars before he isn’t.
Earlier articles on discussed the draconian laws/regulations being enforced. Apparently some of the more rare woods are now illegal to possess. If you happen to own a classic guitar which used these woods (e.g. ebony) and go through customs you have to prove the wood is legal. Which means you have to prove how old the wood is, where it was harvested, and how it was harvested. Otherwise you are guilty of a crime.
of course you are, because you’re non-union and the Martin company donates heavily to the Obamalama administration.
TN is a RTW state. It is just numbnuts going after an honest business he hates.
