Now the President is outraged because the GOP House leadership called his bluff and ended discussions with him because they deemed him an obstruction to any real solution to the debt crisis.
He has been deemed a lame duck president. And he is angry now because he is being treated as such.
His foreign policy strategy has been described as leading from behind. Well, thats his domestic policy strategy as well. Why should he be surprised that hes been left behind in the negotiations when hes been leading from behind on this debt crisis?
Thank you, GOP House leaders. Please dont get wobbly on us now.
2012 cant come soon enough.
Right on Sarah!
She understand it quite well and if all of the GOPers in Congress had a spine, they could easily "lame duck" Obama for the rest of his term.
That idiot McConnel snatched a fail, from a clearcut victory and gave Obama an out.

Looks like we have the "sky" in common!
You’re right, but I would put it slightly different. Most women let their emotions think for them.
Sorry.
Your link...
Palin...
Palin's words combined with the number one definition of "lame duck" from your link...
"He has been deemed as 'one who is week or falls behind in ability or achievement'. And he is angry now because he is being treated as such."
Her usage of "lame duck" fits like a glove.
You're not right.
thought I had seen that somewhere before...hehe.
Pray for America
But *this* one I'll answer.
The Dems in DC (as well as most of the GOP, and, alas! most of the voters) are used to the GOP caving. It has been going on for so long that some (the Lindsay Grahahmesty and Juan McCain types) have decided to make a career of getting pushed higher on the Georgetown cocktail party circuit by acing as Judas goats; in addition to the token popularity boost they get first dibs on whatever legislative crumbs are allowed the GOP.
Fast forward to 2008 / 2010.
Sarah scared the crap out of the ruling class, followed by the Tea Party landslide.
All of a sudden -- a speaker, used to seeing caving, and counseled by the wise, sage DC party elders to do so (as Saxby Chambliss said during his interview with Sean Hannity yesterday, "Let's be realistic" and "We all know how this town works") -- finds out that he actually has the votes from the Tea Party caucus to *pass* something conservative.
A liberal / MSM flaming sh!tstorm ensues.
Enough that some of the other leaders are wavering, and the full court press is making even some of the Tea Party caucus glance nervously at one another.
So what DeMint is saying, is, we need to let the GOP and the Tea Party (notice the distinction) know that as voters, we "have their back" and that the push-polls run against them and trumpeted by the media don't really reflection nationwide voter sentiment.
IF we push now, either Reid or Obama will suddenly split like a squished grape.
We need to do this NOW. We have a generational opportunity to demoralize and defund the left, so that the couple of contests will be with an awake, alert, informed electorate and also on an even playing field.
Cheers!
Let it begin.
Hmmmm maybe you should go see Undefeated. Seems you believe the Caribou Barbie caricature and don’t get the real mama grizzly. I am offended for her by your remarks.
Mr Doofer: Sarah has supported it since its origin. You guys that don’t follow Sarah are clueless, no offense meant exactly.
I am pretty sure Palin wrote this. A) It sounds like her. B) She has a degree in journalism , that is why she writes as much as she does and does it well. Even her emails that were released were highly rated by english experts.

Thanks for the ping, I’ll read the AT artice tomorrow.
Oh she wrote it alright. Who else would have used the word “deemed” twice in referring to the idiot? Remember how the dems used that word concerning the vote on the Death Bill? Sarah knows how to turn the liberal’s words back on them. She uses their tricks to her advantage. They made fun of her writing on her palm and she claimed it and made it her laugh line. “Hi Mom”
LOL
It is and always will be the cynical cynics who are the greatest threat to freedom.
Here's a few more words for you, Mr. Webster: fault-finding, captious, carping, fussy, hairsplitting, hard to please, hypercritical, nagging, niggling, nit-picking, overcritical, pettifogging, quibbling.
Wasilla No.22. It’s “Barracuda” time.
