In this era of tight airport security, the Transportation Safety Administration typically will not allow a passenger to board an airplane if the name printed on the ticket differs from the way it appears on government-issued identification.
Now that the White House has released President Obama's purported long-form birth certificate, a question arises as to why the name on that document does not match the name on his State Department passport.
This matched how his name was listed on the short-form Certification of Live Birth released during the 2008 presidential campaign, as first presented by DailyKos.com June 12, 2008:
Below is a close-up screen-capture of Obama's passport taken from the White House website:
Note that Obamas name on his passport is listed as "Barack Hussein Obama," without the "II" the Hawaii documents list to indicate Obama was named after his father.
As seen below, U.S. State Department passport regulations require first-time applicants to submit an embossed birth certificate, complete with registrar's stamp, that lists the applicant's full name.

We just renewed our passports. They mailed original birth certificates along with the passport application. The name is identical to birth records. There is a II on one of the BC, same with the passport.

Vogt's forensic examination of the birth certificate number on the White House-released long form concluded that the last "1" in the number "10641," as seen in the figure below, is a grayscale image, while the remaining numbers are not. This is, he says, "irrefutable proof that the certificate number is a composite of two numbers and hence a forgery."
... In Boxes 20 and 22 on the Obama long-form birth certificate, the stamps recording the date the local registrar and registrar general accepted the birth certificate have two different colors on both lines where there should be no color at all. Also, the color differences are evident in Box 22, both in the printed text of the box and in the stamp recording the date that the local registrar accepted the birth certificate, Vogt says, as seen below:
I think you summed it up.
Assume the documents are accurate...
make them explain how a first generation American can be natural born if one of the parents was a foreign national at the time of his birth?
If this is legal, then anchor babies can be president
I am 100% certain this isn’t legal
I always thought that II usually denoted a Jr’s Jr and so on. (III, IV etc.)
If I am seeing this correctly, the birthdate is also different. Acoording to his birth certificate, he was born on Aug. 4. It appears to be Aug. 6th on the passport.
But I am visually impaired so cannot trust what I think I see.
He is ignorant on many things......however, I don’t believe he made the decision to name himself.
It would be unusual if he had made the decision.
Parents do strange things when they name their children.
What needs investigating is the Senate Judiciary Committee making SR 511 equal to the Constitution. Their work was used by the DNC to nominate Obama.
So, your Social Security card doesn’t match your birth cerificate? Hmmm...I see...
Obviously, this Vogt has no clue. You can get the same thing yourself on a document if you try it.
State-run, Lame-Stream Media’s response:
“Move along folks, nothing more to see here” . . .
CNN, MSNBC, ABC, CBS, NBC, response: “This is a NON-story - it never had, and never will have, legs as long as we are in control of the news. Give us something on Romney, Palin, Huckabee, Gingrich, etc., we will send a team of investigators to check out the story”.
First of all if he was named for his father he should be Junior, not II.
In any event I think all those things, Jr., Sr. II, III are not part of your official name, I think you can use or lose them as you wish.
Or maybe you're the one without a clue?
Why don't you knock yourself out and produce a messed up document like Bamie BC II. You can use this:
if you like. These are the ID pages from my expired Passports reproduced to match the Bamie BC II file size. (Of course Obama has no expired Passports that anyone knows about, but I'm sure that's a sore subject with you.) ML/NJ
I remember this being brought up a year ago. It was a dumb argument then, and it’s a dumb argument now. Is Corsi really this desperate?
Send me the originals and I’ll scan with OCR on and it will likely do that, the same way it did to the documents I tried when the birth cerificate was finally released.
I’m not claiming to be an expert; I’m just going by seeing the same thing when I tried it. My guess is that it’s a difference between OCR’d/non-OCR’d or those that are lighter getting grayscale/antialiasing versus those that get mono handling.
Yeah. I'm going to send you my Passports. What schmucks you Obama flacks are!
If you knew anything about this, you would know that when you bring my jpg (Right click on it, and choose "Save Picture As" to get the file onto your WH machine.) into Acrobat, that is when it you can do an OCR scan if you want.
Have at it Sherlock, or please stop posting as if you knew what you are talking about on these threads.

>Obviously, this Vogt has no clue. You can get the same thing yourself on a document if you try it.<
I suggest that you examine the long form by using adobe pro.
Just “extract images” from the long form obama released and you will see that the differences shown are because there are 3 pictures that made the one document.
This does not happen when you scan one image as it was alleged by Obama. It is one image .. period. There are no jpg’s to extract.
Obama’s long form is made of three different jpg’s that were crafted in adobe and merged to appear as one document.
It is a complete forgery and the evidence is easily seen.
Forged state registrar stamp?
Vogt concludes the state registrar's stamp certifying the Obama April 27 birth certificate is itself a forgery. He examined a legitimate stamp placed on a long-form birth certificate copy issued by the Hawaii DOH on March 15, 2011
As seen below, the registrar's stamp applied to Obama's April 27 birth certificate has an error in the word "THE" that reads instead "TXE." The error did not show up on the stamp used one month earlier.
