A while back there was a video of a cat that seemed to have a ninja quality about it. Whoever owned the cat, recorded it sneaking up to him in a stealthy almost ninja like manner. Well, that is what the dog in this video is doing as it sneaks up on an unsuspecting feline. You will notice from the dog's teats, that she recently had puppies. This could be the reason the dog feels the need to sneak up upon the cat as it did. It's my guess that the dog is either thinking she must defend her pups, who could be near by, or she is looking for some grub to feed her brood. Nature can be cruel at times. However, nature has also been known to play tricks upon those expecting to capitalize on unaware prey.
Some types are poison (skinks, for instance). But, she doesn’t eat them anyway (and they aren’t skinks, they are brown anoles, mostly). She grabs them, crushes them and drops them. I prefer she not do that because then *I* have to kill them.
That cat was just waiting to totally pwn the dog
Thank you for the post and pings, gentlemen.
It’s amazing that the cat didn’t hear the dog walking up to him. My cats act as if they’re stomping around each other as they walk silently (to my human ears, anyway) across the floor.
Poor dog got more than she bargained for though.
Ninja kitty was cute too. Looks a lot like my late Muffin.
There’s a great kitty video below the doggie video...
“... neighborhood cats seem to think our back yard is a short cut”.
I think after the first few cats, they would learn. Perhaps, the neighborhood cats are suicidal?
bttt
Sloshing: Teats full of swinging milk.

Excellent stalk...poor delivery on pounce.
WOW! Amazing and FUNNY!:)=^..^=
Huh, it seemed to me that in the end, the kitteh was chasing the dog.
I’ve got an over 100 pound dog. I don’t have any fear at all of him.
If I had a cat that weighed 100 pounds, I would be worried. When my little 10 pound kitteh’s brain snaps and it goes into attack mode, it takes some effort to get him off me. Best trick is to put you fingertip between his front fangs. Then you can deal with their razor sharp claws.
I will give the dog some serious credit, it takes some effort to sneak up on a cat.
Dang, after my first baby... I would have tried to sneak up on a cat, too. Of course, I was have been crying the entire time! LOL
that is funny!!!
POST OF THE DAY!!!
Thanks for the ping!
What an ugly dog too...it needs to be put down.
It bit the cat....Not funny!
Took a look at the video, that cat was sure not happy about being surprised like that!
I tried to get Bobbi, my Cairn terrier, to watch and learn. She ignored it and wants me to take her on a walk.
Dog gets the sucker punch in, then takes a snout beating.
