Palin to Krauthammer: I’m sorry I’m not hoity toity enough for ya!
therightscoop ^ | Thursday December 15, 2010

Sarah Palin never apologizes for what some attribute to her as weaknesses. Krauthammer recently criticized her as not looking very presidential because of her shows and books. But she makes it clear that she brings a different game than what some are accustomed to, and win or lose that’s what she’s going to stick with. She’s going rogue!

It’s a great interview all the way through. Enjoy!

Isn’t there a Romney board you could go to and tamp down enthusiasm somewhere. Maybe a site that is all gung ho about Huckabee or Gignrich you could sell your disillusionment?

No there isn't. And that's a good thing. It means we're starting to learn.

The right is just now starting to demand the consistency, and refusal to compromise that the left has been demanding for 90 years. It took long enough.

Although I don't think all the blame belongs with us. The entire mass media of the country was totally against us for most of that 90 years. And that's a mighty difficult hurdle to overcome.

Now we finally have the internet to bypass the gatekeepers.

But, if your skepticism is so strong that it won't allow you to acknowledge, accept, and enthusiastically support someone who has consistently proven that they live and breathe everything that you believe in - then you're just suppressing yourself.

Wouldn't it be at least prudent to let the ink dry on a few vetoes first?

Uh, maybe it’s just me, but she wasn’t responding to Kraut. She was responding to O’Reilly’s assertion that ‘some’ think it doesn’t lift Palin up to be pal’in around on TV with Kate plus 8.

Kraut never mentioned Kate.

Her response to O’Reilly’s question about Kraut was an awkward defense of her show that she apparently thinks fulfills a promise to Alaskans to promote the state.

When I first heard her I could have sworn she was from Wisconsin.

Same here. At first, I thought she must be a Wisconsin native who moved to Alaska. She sure sounded like one. I'll bet she sounds like a hometown girl to the Wisconsinites.

Shallow? Thin-skinned?

Name another politician who has been the subject of this kind of insane, phlegm-flecked RAGE from all sides, even after leaving office midway through their first term in statewide office.

And one whose children and grand-children have become political targets, including R-rated character assassination on national TV shows.

You reveal your own lack of reflection (at best) in making your assertions.

"Notice how Sarah does not say “also” at the end of each sentence like she used to?

When I first heard her I could have sworn she was from Wisconsin."

That accent is going to have to improve or go completely if she wants to win a national election. A lot of people laugh when they hear it.

She didn’t smack kraut, since that question wasn’t from him. Did Kraut mention Kate Plus 8? No. Did O’reilly say Kraut mentioned Kate Plus 8? No. Just more imagining things from the usual suspects.

You want dried ink? Read up on Sarah's record of service in Alaska.

Besides, no politician will ever get the chance to veto anything, unless they get the enthusiastic support of millions of their fellow citizens.

Hey little one, I thought you were done on the other thread.
You apparently have trouble understanding English at times.
You're a weird little dude, you from this country?

screw pro-abort, pro-gun control Krauthammer who is basically only conservative about taxes and something else that we all know but never acknowledge so as not to be rude

Yea, Bush completely erased his southern accent or he never would have been elected. Clinton too.

And of course JFK, he cleaned up his Boston accent too, just in time to get elected.

And old Teddy K, he couldn't say idea without putting an "r" at the end of it.

Ruined his career.

I get a kick out of all the people that want Palin to sound all smooth and slick like Obama, Romney, Gingrich, Pelosi, Reid and all the other elite pols out there.

Yea that's what we need, more of the same.

She cleaned O'Reilly's clock tonight. It was great to see her get her points across while ol' BO sputtered aroud UNDER her voice.

Not quite *SNIFF*, but something seemingly not quite kosher here....

Consider some of the recent posting history:

And Reagan signed a lot of liberal legislation that people right here on Free Republic try to excuse away.

source

And we also need to be skeptical of any and all politicians, including Sarah Palin. Remember when George Bush II was going to be the conservative savior?

Don't build up cults of personality around these people. When they do something good say "eh, you could've done better".

Politicians are narcissists. They crave to be liked. As soon as they are sure one group will like them no matter what, they start scheming to bring other groups in to like them. Same today as it was in Athens.

source

Well, that's certainly one of the more popular Conservative readings of the situation. But I have a slightly different one. Where is the UN headquartered? Where did Trotsky spend the winter of 1917? What have we seen over and over in the Wikileaks wires? Where did Soros set up shop?

source

Neither did Engels. You seem to have a distorted view of the history of liberal theory that's all wrapped up in some tidy, unsophisticated, libertarian view of "governmental vs non-governmental". Let's try to bring it up past the level of a National Review Online Corner blurb, shall we?

source

(underlined text below)

Not saying this newb is a troll.....just saying that many of my lib friends use the term “reactionary” instead of “conservative” (as a pejorative) ; and I don’t know one conservative that does so.

I wear the label with pride. Who wouldn't react vociferously to leftism?

source

Cheers!

Uh, what does me being bored with your Hunter fantasies have to do with the factual observation I just made about the title of this thread not matching reality?
