An Army doctor charged with disobeying a deployment order because he doubts President Barack Obama's credentials as commander in chief is asking a military judge for access to the president's school and college records. Lt. Col. Terrence Lakin also is requesting during a hearing Thursday at Fort Meade a subpoena to depose the custodian of Obama's birth records with the state of Hawaii.

I live in Kansas City and I can tell you that they don't call the federal pen in Leavenworth the "Hot House" for nothing. The Disciplinary Barracks down the way won't be as bad, but it won't be a picnic. Lakin will have to get used to it.

I spent a lot of time in the small dairy cow barn belonging to family friends. I love the smell of cows and cow manure from well taken care of cows ain’t that bad. Especially since they were out in the pasture all day,and milked by hand - those were the old days. For a while the hay wasn’t even baled. There were old folks, and it was the early 50s.
Plus it makes great compost.

People pay good money for cow manure for their gardens!
When we landscaped our property my mom brought her tiller and a couple big bags of homegrown manure.
I said, “Mom, some mothers give their kids chocolates or clothes, but you.... you give me exactly what I need.”
I cringe when I think of them riding all the way to our house - a 4-hour trip - with that lovely aroma all the way. What love on earth is greater than a parent’s love?

Lakin may lose and go to jail, but there are consequences. The pressure mounts and escalates for Sebarkah to come clean. He wins this battle but, politically speaking, begins bleeding profusely. I can see him taking vacations permanently to avoid the protests to Free Lakin and Free The longform. No run for 2012.

Unfortunately, if the military were actually trying to protect him from assassination as you suggest, they would’ve made sure no one knew where he was being held. Whether or not he’s actually being held, it is obvious the fix is in and the GULAG is here in America.
I’m hoping the poster who said courts martial verdicts could be overcome in federal court appeals is correct. We’ll see. OTOH Blago was just denied the right to witnesses directly connected to the charges against him and one of those witnesses was the Imposter in Chief.
