As a result of Obama’s Attorney General Eric Holder filing a federal lawsuit against the State of Arizona preempting Arizona from enforcing existing immigration laws, Clinton appointee, Judge Susan Bolton stripped the guts from Arizona’s “new” law which would have enabled law enforcement to ask for proof of citizenship during routine investigations which has caused concern among illegal aliens or illegal immigrants or undocumented workers whichever politically correct term is currently en vogue.
First, the term “illegal alien” was replaced by “illegal immigrant” because of complaints from aliens from outer space who were tired of being handed dirty dishes, spatulas and lawn mowers whenever they tried to abduct humanoids. (Of course, everyone knows that before the arrival of illegal aliens, no one had cleaned dishes, flipped a hamburger or mowed a lawn.)
Next “illegal immigrant” was replaced by “undocumented worker” despite the fact that this caused a great deal of confusion about the proper terminology for illegal convicted felons — who constitute 27% of the US prison population: should they now be referred to as “undocumented workers” committing the crimes that Americans just won’t do?
Meanwhile the rest of the world sit by scratching their collective heads about all the brouhaha in the US regarding the lack of enforcement of immigration laws. There is not one country in the world that does not at least attempt to enforce its immigration laws; in fact, Mexico, the major source and/or conduit through which the vast numbers of illegal aliens come, vigorously enforces its own southern border with Belize and Guatemala and deports more individuals annually than does the US!

In the end, it is now abundantly clear what the root of the issue is. Obama and the Democrats have one common goal — to convert the existing millions of illegal aliens into Democrat voters after blanket amnesty is passed. Therefore, “Illegal Aliens” should be known for what they are: “Undocumented Democrats.”
The current situation is at least a win-win situation for both Mexico and Democrats; Mexico gets to export to the US its social responsibility by shedding its unemployed, unskilled and/or undereducated populace (not to mention quite a few of its criminals) AND Democrats get to harvest 12-20 million new voters.
But amnesty doesn’t equal citizenship...
Time to tie it all up in the courts...

Arpaio is still operating as he was and busting illegals. The feds have been unsuccessful in stopping him, though they have tried and are actively trying.
It doesn’t follow that making arrests for illegal status should belong only to federal law enforcement. And it doesn’t make sense that federal law enforcement have the option to enforce or not enforced existing statute. The law is the law.

When I was newly in America before I became an American citizen, I did not get belly aches because my legal status was “registered alien” with an “alien registration card” AKA “green card”
I was happy to be so...
Having to report to the nearest Post Office every January to register did not cause me any embarrasment, shingles or lack of face..
Knowing if I left the country for more than 365 days I would lose my immigration status and have to start again did not cause me to pick up a sign and march and protest..
Knowing that it was illegal for me to apply for food stamps, welfare free medical and other hand outs and I9 could go to jaiul for doing so did not cause me to demand themm anyway..
Knowing that my ancestors REALLY DID live at one time centuries ago in North West America, (NY PA) did not cause me to demand the area back...
Odd that aint it...

Yeah, hard to believe, isn’t it? I’m sure soon the Democrats will stand at the border handing out absentee ballots to anyone making it across.
Combining amnesty with instant voter registration has been the dem’s strategy for a while now. All of these changes to “simplify” or “make more convenient” the voter registration process are only a means to dilute your vote with those of illegals and others whose vote can be purchased with handouts from your wallet.
There are no outcries from the right because of the fear of being accused of racism, although I fail to see why a person of color would have any more trouble in the modern era of registering to vote unless you assume that persons of color are not as smart or as savvy about voting as whites. If democrats assert there is racial discrimination in voter registration, they must be making this assumption.
Republicans reject that assumption and should speak out against instant registration as strongly as they do about amnesty.
Gosh, if they’re “displaced foreign travelers, they should be met at their points of entry by the Welcome Wagon.
Believe it or not, I have other friends who are naturalized US citizens who vote Democrat...AND complain what a nightmare it was to deal with the US government and naturalization service before they became legal.
If an illegal alien tries to register to vote, and you can’t restrict him by asking if he has papers, does that mean he can vote?
The word “”alien” means belonging something “other,” the term defines exactly what their status is. They are another country’s citizens.
The word “immigrant” does not define their legal status, just the fact that they are wandering from one place toward or into another, however purposefully.
Why King Obama is even trying to give amnesty and voter rights to the illegals is beyond me. He is already America’s dictator and by 2012 he will have ascended to the throne and will be King.
It’s apparent to me that this is a naked power grab on behalf of liberals and Obama — it always has been for them; unfortunately, non-liberals were always so good natured they could never conceive that there’s a whole category of Americans who will do whatever it takes to seize and maintain power.
I’m s-o-o-o-o sick of these self absorbed “Pay-Me-I’m-Entitled” types from across the border.
It’s sickening that we Americans are expected to subsidize every whim of these criminals.
