President Obama has chosen Michigan's Kalamazoo Central High School as the winner of his first annual "Race to the Top High School Commencement Challenge." To enter, students had to submit a video and essay on how their school was helping prepare students to meet the president's goal of having the highest proportion of college graduates in the world by 2020. The prize: President Obama will deliver the commencement address at their graduation ceremony.

The interesting thing is to see how many of the seniors skip the ceremony just to avoid the kenyan.
After all, because of him they will have no jobs this summer.

Michigan High School wins? Hmmm, aren’t there some Unions that were once quite powerful in the Michigan area? Perhaps some favors that ‘the one’ still owes ....

Maybe they can keep him in the trophy case as memorabilia then. We can just have the TOTUS come read to us and take no questions.

Poor, poor, Michiganders! Still holding their hopes out on their messiah. I go to Michigan a lot and everyone there is an Obama follower. I’ve lost family and friends over their unwavering support of the great one. I often think of the Peter Sellers move “Being There.” Obama is the perfect simple minded gardner character that found himself in a situation where everyone believed he was a genius and hung on everything he said. His opinions were sought after yet his was oblivious to anything important. Obama knows where his big followers are. They still think he will save them.

"Ive lost family and friends over their unwavering support of the great one. "This is my alma mater. I tread carefully among old friends, and my brother and I are on opposite sides of the political fence. I won't lose him over this, but I sure wish he weren't so bought into the Euro-Socialism and Green politics. It's like talking to someone from another planet sometimes. Like many people he's stuck in the '60's and still thinks he's fighting the establishment.
