Yeah...there’s a lot that needs to be sorted out. I agree that it shouldn’t be a military officer’s place to question the legitimacy, but that’s because our officers shouldn’t be put in that position. I look at it like a platoon leader receiving a tactical order over the radio net. It may come using his company commander’s call sign, but it doesn’t sound quite like his company commander’s voice. If the platoon leader has any question at all over the “legitimacy” of the order, he would ask for authentification. That is, IMHO, all this LTC is doing.

Someone who meets the legal definition. Among other things that requires that you have suffered an injury in fact to a legally protected interest. That injury must be real, not speculative, and concrete, not hypothetical.
Court martial is singular. Courts marshal is plural. My usage was correct.

This soldier is a hero. Our people are in Iraq and Afghan now on a chicken s**t mission because I bet intel is being leaked back to the enemy. He wants our bravest warriors over there. Time to push the BC issue hard - BS time is over.

I think that is a crying shame. I listened to his video, and he said nothing disrespectful about President Obama...he just want proof that POTUS Obama is indeed “natural born” in the form of an original BC (vault copy). I don’t think that is too much to ask. I don’t normally contribute to non-Christian causes except the NRA, but I have sent money to help pay for his defense. I think he is very courageous. This whole thing would end if President Obama would just release a vault original that shows him born in Hawaii to an american mother old enough to confer citizenship as the law was at the time of his birth.
