Ok, basically, unable to sleep and this has been rolling around my head for days, and I'm increasingly annoyed by conservatives, and as pissed at liberals as I can ever recall being. If this below is true, then what? If it's bogus, I can't find it on Snopes or Truth or Fiction. If this is on those sites as bogus for God's sake someone please post where, cause the b*****d is still President, so if it's true, hmph. Maybe someone else can find it. The transcript shows that Obama (Soetoro) applied for financial aid and was awarded a fellowship for foreign students from the Fulbright Foundation Scholarship program. To qualify for this scholarship, a student must claim foreign citizenship. This document provides the smoking gun that many of Obama's detractors have been seeking - that he is NOT a natural-born citizen of the United States - necessary to be President of these United States. Along with the evidence that he was first born in Kenya, here we see that there is no record of him ever applying for US citizenship. Gary Kreep of the United States Justice Foundation has released the results of their investigation of Obama's campaign spending. This study estimates that Obama has spent upwards of $950,000 in campaign funds in the past year with eleven law firms in 12 states for legal resources to block disclosure of any of his personal records. Mr. Kreep indicated that the investigation is still on-going but that the final report will be provided to the U.S. attorney general, Eric Holder. Mr. Holder has refused comment on this matter.

It does not mean that he is not a citizen. It could mean that he applied for financial aid using a program when he knew he was not qualified for the funds.
Therefore he is a fraud. So are most of the members of his cabinet!
I don't want the Attorney Generals from the 12 or so States to do anything but challenge the new Health Care Law. I don't want them to get side tracked with other issues.

Even if they wanted to use this as a fishing expedition for his birth certificate I don't see a court allowing it. But I completely agree with you - the health care bill can and should be overturned on any number of Constitutional grounds not connected with Obama's citizenship. Concentrate on those.

Sometime lurker, that’s actually why I did the thread to get more info as to the legitimacy of this and similar “articles” or whatever you want to better call them. This one appears to be some stupid “rah rah” piece done by some well meaning but TOTAL JERK conservative who thinks they’re helping by making a fictitious piece about an investigation and law suit over osamas all to real lack of American citizenship by birth. I’d love to see some court dismiss 15+ State Attorney’s General as having “no standing” in regards to osama’s birth records. Frankly only the U.S. Supreme Court Justices are anywhere near a level to tell States Attorney’s General they don’t have standing to look into something. Any other judge is by far exceeding their authority. Frankly, ANY judge telling ANY citizen they don’t have standing, when they’re wanting to find out if the President of the United States is violating Article II of the Constitution by holding the office when he wasn’t born in the U.S., just astounds me. I’m not understand how any judge thinks they have the authority to block a citizen from wanting to see evidence that the President is a citizen. Especially after the eight years of crap the liberals pulled against Bush day in and day out constantly. Accusations, law suits, subpoenas, on and on and on all because a couple thousand votes wasn’t a large enough margin of victory in Florida, and then the war. But now, suddenly U.S. citizens have NO right to demand hard evidence that obama is even a natural born citizen. If there’s a country left after the foreign born lying sack of kenyan crap is out of the White House, I bet my right kidney he won’t even be charged with perjury or anything else after it’s made public and admitted that he wasn’t born in the U.S. Because eventually it will come out and he’ll get off scott. Just like Clinton did. Just like Karry did. Only what osama did was so egregious and so blatently a violation of the heart of the Constitution, the fact that Premier Osama won’t ever see the inside of a prison for his level of treason, knowingly taking the Presidency as a non-birth citizen, is just disgusting. The 2004 newspaper article which calls him "Kenyan born Barack Obama" in the title when he first started his run for the Illanois Senate seat is extremely disturbing too. Funny how no one challenged that, and it was never corrected, and a couple years later when wanting the Presidency, he's suddenly no longer born in Kenya, no he's born in Hawaii, and the only document ever given to "prove" U.S. birth is a certificate of live birth which doesn't prove birth in the U.S., and it was later proved to be a fake they tried to make look like a 45 year old document, and now you can't even find THAT anymore. He is just flat not a citizen. But he's a Democrat, a socialist, and half black, so there's no accountability. He gets away with things that no Republican, Conservative, Christian, or white person would ever get away with. That is why liberals are racist two faced anti-American hypocrites because there are two sets of rules. If the Republicans don't gain back either the House or the Senate, ONE OF THEM, God willing both. We're seriously screwed. Like dead meat because the Commie-care government take over of the Health Care industry is patty cakes compared to what it will be if they control Congress and the White House two MORE years. Since Premier Osama usurped the Presidency, the he and the Congress has their hands into the banks, the auto industry, the mortgage industry, and now healthcare. After two more years, the recession will deepen so far into a depression, with industry losing trillions collectively, it will allow Osama and the Congress to literally take over private industry and declare the equivilant of economic martial law to "stabolize and secure" the economy. For those of you that are too young or memory impaired to recall before 1992, that's basically the economy the Soviet Union had for over 70 years.
Frankly I'm to the point that if the Supreme Court dismisses all the suits filed by the 15+ Attorney's General, and if the Democrats still hold both houses of Congress after the November election, I wouldn't resist the idea of Texas taking advantage of the Constitutional option that would allow Texas to legally and Constitutionally secede from the U.S., which the U.S. Congress agreed to when Texas joined the U.S.. I'd rather live in a free and Democratic Texas Republic and do the best we can, than live in an ever expanding Socialist American Union, where the Constitution has no meaning anymore. If the U.S. is so messed up it actually allows the socialist expansion to continue past November, then screw it. I don't want my kids growing up in a Socialist nation. Period. Maybe Texas leaving would shake the rest of the country out of it's political coma and make enough people realize just how bad it is and reverse the cancerous slide into a socialist government police state. I don't know. But I can't stop thinking that the November elections are a very critical fork in the road. And if the status quo continues. The America that conservatives know and love, where the Constitution matters, is dead.
This isn't "just another election". The United States has NEVER had this radical extremist of a government, not ever. Nothing compares. The Executive and Legislative branches are 85% out of sync with most Americans, and if that continues, I see no formula for free democratic recovery without bloodshed and another American Revolution. And not a passive political one like the Tea Party. A guns one to force a government that obeys and upholds the Constitution. I've studied history and the military way too long in my life to take all this too lightly. This is not all that different from how things happened in Germany in the 30s. Extremism like obama is so well received and by the time it's outed as the extremism it is, it's too late. The frog's boiled alive. The historically ignorant will paint my last two paragraphs here as radical and nuts and whatever. But given the slide of the past year and four months, it is very possible. And if 51% of voters in the swing Senate and House races don't get their heads out of their butts and into the real world and see what's at stake for their kids and grandkids, it will be over. Over over. Like challenge government openly and you disappear one night. It happens and has been happening like that all over the world for thousands of years. Anyone so arrogant to think it CAN'T happen in America is a real fool.
God the thing that makes me so sick, really sick to my stomach, is that the past year and four months reminds me SO MUCH of how things slid and turned in Russia, Germany, China, Argentina, and so many other countries through the century, when dictators, socialism, fascism, and other radical extremist governments came in, like roaches at night in the shadows, and took a country, so many books and documentaries have been done about this very kind of thing but it’s always about some other country. My whole life the Constitution has been this great wonderful special thing that was strong and unbreakable and held the country together, protecting it from serious harm from within and without. And now, it’s falling to pieces 100% from the inside and so much of the country it’s like business as usual as though the Democrat party right now isn’t the single most extremist major political party in the history of the United States. I wish to God it was election day tomorrow and 75% of voters had a serious grade A case of the red a**, ready to take it out on everyone who’s name ends with a D. I hate the idea of living through the next seven months and all their scheming and manipulating to make themselves seem so non-extreme.

Texas, a freeper named Sven Magnussen seems to have a lot of info about 0bama’s citizenship. Sometimes he’s not around posting. Check his comments and you’ll see a lot of very interesting info about 0bama’s citizenship. According to what Sven says, 0bama is an Indonesian citizen.
I looked up Sven’s posts. He lists a large number of scathing points that he calls truths or facts about Barack Obama / Soetoro in Indonesia, what papers he filed, etc.
People respond to ask him where they might find documentation of this. He never responds.
He might be making all of this up.

I have had to thoroughly educate my kids on Obamas past, in as much as I know and I don’t post often anymore but when this was just starting I was right on top of it for months, eventually I just backed away because of the liberal trolls.
New people don’t know who I am, I like to disappear in a crowd of two. But this is what we should all do, educate ourselves with the truth, teach it to our children, and if you are really daring challenge the teachers if they insist on teaching lies.

It's irrelevant to the question of the Constitutionality of the health care bill. So you have to decide if you're interested in getting that struck down or if you're just on another birther fishing expedition. Personally I'd like to see the bill ruled unconstitutional and that can be argued in so many ways unconnected to Obama's birth status.
I think there are a number of ways that this bill is unconstitutional. The union issue is only one of them.
