I don't want the Attorney Generals from the 12 or so States to do anything but challenge the new Health Care Law. I don't want them to get side tracked with other issues.

Even if they wanted to use this as a fishing expedition for his birth certificate I don't see a court allowing it. But I completely agree with you - the health care bill can and should be overturned on any number of Constitutional grounds not connected with Obama's citizenship. Concentrate on those.

I am not a lawyer but one of the grounds for declaring this bill unconstitutional is the fact that Union members are exempt from paying the so called 'Cadillac' tax on their health insurance but the rest of us who don't belong to a Union are not.

I will leave it up to the legal folks in the 12 or so states to carry the water on this one and hope they don't fail us.
