I am not a lawyer but one of the grounds for declaring this bill unconstitutional is the fact that Union members are exempt from paying the so called 'Cadillac' tax on their health insurance but the rest of us who don't belong to a Union are not.

I will leave it up to the legal folks in the 12 or so states to carry the water on this one and hope they don't fail us.

I think there are a number of ways that this bill is unconstitutional. The union issue is only one of them.
