I’d love to see some court dismiss 15+ State Attorney’s General as having “no standing” in regards to osama’s birth records. Frankly only the U.S. Supreme Court Justices are anywhere near a level to tell States Attorney’s General they don’t have standing to look into something. Any other judge is by far exceeding their authority. Frankly, ANY judge telling ANY citizen they don’t have standing, when they’re wanting to find out if the President of the United States is violating Article II of the Constitution by holding the office when he wasn’t born in the U.S., just astounds me. I’m not understand how any judge thinks they have the authority to block a citizen from wanting to see evidence that the President is a citizen. Especially after the eight years of crap the liberals pulled against Bush day in and day out constantly. Accusations, law suits, subpoenas, on and on and on all because a couple thousand votes wasn’t a large enough margin of victory in Florida, and then the war. But now, suddenly U.S. citizens have NO right to demand hard evidence that obama is even a natural born citizen. If there’s a country left after the foreign born lying sack of kenyan crap is out of the White House, I bet my right kidney he won’t even be charged with perjury or anything else after it’s made public and admitted that he wasn’t born in the U.S. Because eventually it will come out and he’ll get off scott. Just like Clinton did. Just like Karry did. Only what osama did was so egregious and so blatently a violation of the heart of the Constitution, the fact that Premier Osama won’t ever see the inside of a prison for his level of treason, knowingly taking the Presidency as a non-birth citizen, is just disgusting. I’d love to see a white conservative from anther country try to do what osama has done. He’d never reach retirement age alive. He’d have a horrible “accident” and die, like so many do when they’re hated by liberals or a threat to them. Funny how that is. Liberals enemies and liberals who know too much and are a liability are so accident prone.
It's irrelevant to the question of the Constitutionality of the health care bill. So you have to decide if you're interested in getting that struck down or if you're just on another birther fishing expedition. Personally I'd like to see the bill ruled unconstitutional and that can be argued in so many ways unconnected to Obama's birth status.
