Why Sarah Palin Will Win in 2012
HillBuzz ^ | 3/10/10 | rae4palin

She’s operating a fully-formed multimedia strategy designed to counter Dr. Utopia’s razzle dazzle and media darling status. She knows in her heart Americans will want a true conservative in office in 2012, one who is smart enough to focus on jobs, the economy, energy independence, and limited government instead of allowing the media to degenerate the debate into social issues. The media is going to do everything it can to control the debate in 2012, doing its level best to hand Dr. Utopia a second term on a silver platter.

The ONLY Republican we see on the field who can take charge of the debate is Palin.

Anyone other than a worthless RINO will beat the boy marxist. With that in mind, we have to nominate the BEST conservative, period. This country is in peril.

I can never quite get my wits around HillBuzz. Interesting contributors, seemingly patriotic. That's all good. But I can't shake the notion that if Hillary Clinton were doing what Obama is doing, they'd be behind her 100%. So, is it political philosophy or gender politics?

Still, that "Dr. Utopia" tag is very good!

I see your thread awakened all the usual suspects. You get to recognize the same FR Palin hater names after a short while.

Name Bush ring a bell? I don’t come from Texas, but I believe he served 2 terms. Funny, I never paid much attention to him back then.

But...he also had a well known family.

If you want to win, you’ll nominate the best conservative Governor. Dole...loser. McCain...loser. Kerry...loser. Gore...loser. Clinton...winner. Carter...winner. Reagan...winner. W....winner.

Yea, and William Jefferson Clinton was a two term President, with very high popularity numbers for nearly all of it. If it wasn't for his skirt chasing who knows how history would remember him.

Us Conservatives will never like him, but the moderates that put candidates in office loved the guy.

Nixon winner, GHWB winner, Taft winner, Ike winner, Lincoln winner, Johnson winner. Dukakis loser. Carter loser. Dewey loser. Stevensen loser.

You are all correct in fact the only non-senator president since 1976 was GHWB. All the rest have been governors.

Comparing Sarah Palin to Arianna Huffington is like comparing Margaret Thatcher to Zsa Zsa Gabor.

Not sure how you label GHWB “winner” and Carter “loser” — both were one-term presidents defeated by governors who went on to two terms. Or how Johnson is a “winner” when he won election once and dropped out early in the primaries next time out.

That's my primary concern. I love Palin, but I don't believe there's any way in hell she can win a national election. I just don't see where the 270 electoral votes would come from to elect her. I'd love to be proven wrong.

Yeah sure. In a Obama/Palin matchup, the voters in Virginia, N. Carolina, Florida, Ohio, Indiana, Wisconsin, Iowa, Nevada...etc would vote for Obama over Palin.

They prefer Socialism over Freedom, right?

Are these Hillbuzz folks women or transvestites?
The idea of Hillary voters making a case for Palin is bizarre enough to give substance to your question.

You guys are relentless with the "only Palin" stuff

This from someone who has singularly pleaded the case for another candidate for almost three years...........

Well thank goodness you've never been "relentless" with any particular candidate. ;-)
