The "Vexatious Requestor Bill" is moving forward. The Office of Taxation wants to fine people who are labeled "vexatious requestors" and Fukino has said there are 4-6 people who are all set to be labeled this. I am certain I am one of them. Fukino is asking for "facilitated passage" of this bill.
The comment will have the link to the testimony by Fukino and the taxation dept.
It will also have a link to the latest addition to my blog - a post describing how the DOH falsified the e-mail communications record in order to frame me as a "vexatious requestor".
They are out for blood.

Okay. Try again.

Who’s axing them about what that they are all hot and bothered about?
Pinging a few of you.
(I mean, like can you furnish us a coherent story about this from the beginning, not just the middle.)
In order to avoid the pancake on the bunny head...I believe that this thread is about Hawaii trying to go after people who they believe are asking (too often) for documents regarding Obama’s birth.
The basic run-down of the story is at http://butterdezillion.wordpress.com/2010/01/11/red-flags-in-hawaii-2/
The Hawaii folks have been breaking their laws right and left. They’re mad because I exposed them at it so they’re doing the Chicago way.
This may give us a prime reason to contact Governor Lingle’s office though - asking her to become informed on what is happening in her state and asking her to promise to veto this bill if it is passed.
Gee, this would all go away if Obozo would just release A
REAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE.
It is becoming more and more obvious that he does not have one.

Did all of your info get sent to Lingle’s office to show who is lying?
It took so long for me to document for the post I put up today that I didn’t even take time to let John Charlton or anybody else know about this. Today and tomorrow are busy work days for me and my kids are going nuts wanting homework checked, but I wanted to get this out there because they are definitely out for blood.
If you guys could help get the story out there it would be great. I’ve already taken more time today than I should have on this. You guys are great.
Someone needs to take Hawaii to court. They are stepping over the line. They can’t fine people for asking questions.
This is madness.
I’ve forwarded lots of stuff to Lingle and to Lt Gov Aiona, as well as to all the members of Hawaii’s House and Senate. That’s why they’re mad. They know how guilty their whole government is and they hate it that they’ve been exposed.
If you read the post on my blog you’ll see that there is a LOT of information. It should have been so easy for them to just give what they’re supposed to. But every bit of information is like pulling teeth. I would love to show everybody all the communications so you could see what these people have been up to, but somebody like Lingle would never have time to go through it all.
Yep.
Twenty five bucks tops and it is history, if bammy is not hiding somthing that will blow his ENTIRE game.
His current bill appears to be around two million dollars.
Two million dollars to hide a $25 BC is smoke, flame, fire, welding sparks, forest fire, spewing volcano, nuclear reaction, etc...
If Hawaii does this... these knuckleheads are opening a way to get them into court.
LucyT has ping list, nully as well I think. They’ll ping everyone. I am a noted techtard.
This becomes a serious first amendment issue if they start trying to limit access to government.
Hmm. Yes.
