I learned yesterday that men who are unemployed tend to engage in domestic violence more than their working counter parts. This is the latest, non confirmed statical data released by Harry Reid. Perhaps all that is needed are lawmakers to pass a bill requiring all men to stay employed or face fines! This has me thinking and relating other possible causes of domestic violence.

1.) Tank tops - Men who wear tank tops are more likely to hit their spouses.

2.) Alcohol - Anyone care to argue against alcohol contributing to domestic violence?

3.) Cheating - Ask the Woods family if this contributes to violence.

4.) Silicon breast implants - These man made distractions have caused many women to strike their partners in public! Even if just to break their spouses trance like stare.

5.) The NFL - The cause of countless marital spats that escalate into violence. Check any police log the day following super bowl Sunday.

This bozo is absurd, perhaps he could lobby to incorporate some of these other causes into the bill. Feel free to add your own list so that I can forward all of them to Mr. Reid.

"Domestic violence" is like "climate change" in that the original terms were greatly broadened because the original terms were not as compelling. Husbands rarely beat their wives. Anyway not nearly as frequently as unmarried lovers beat their girlfriends. So then leftists/feminists get to use domestic violence to bash decent married men.

the only wife abuser I have know was a neighbor down the road, who had the highest paying job in the county, biggest house, etc. He became unemployed after the wife beating became known.
