Newly elected Senator Scott Brown wasted no time plunging the knife in the back of the hordes of people who thrusted him into power. In a crass attempt to suck-up to the people of Massachusetts who didn't vote for him, he crossed party lines in favor of the Democratic-backed jobs bill. "It's not a perfect bill, I was comfortable with that vote... It is the first step in creating jobs, not only for the people of Massachusetts but for the people of the country. Brown said.

IBTZ.
He alone didn’t make this happen. There were four other Repubs that voted Yea to bring cloture on the bill that got it to 62 yea votes, two more than needed. They were Bond, Collins, Snowe, Vonovich
Yep this guy is like a clone of Romeny. RINO all the way.
Yep the known RINOs helped him.
I’m not expecting much from Brown. He is not a conservative by any means. He was elected for one purpose.
He was elected to kill Obamacare.
Thus, his vote on the snow-jobs bill is to be expected.
not really ... do you think we didn’t know what we were getting?
One more towards a Senate takeover is how I see it.
And yes I knew from the start at best he was a RINO ... I still gave to his campaign.
zot out.
BTTT
Yes, he did not do it alone. However, he did do it. What did we expect from someone who was only opposed to Obamacare because they already had Romneycare in place?
I was thrilled that Martha Coakley lost even though I knew what this man is. He’ll go in the same direction as her just not as quickly and honestly. Which makes him rather cowardly and disingenuous. Just like the rest of the party. The GOP is NOT the party of no. It is the party of not quite so much so soon.
Brown is, and always was, billed as a substantial improvement on Kennedy — not a down-the-line conservative. This vote is not surprising.
I found it curious that so many jumped on the “Brown for President” bandwagon so quickly.

“It’s not a perfect bill, but I voted for it anyway because I am a backstabbing RINO who lied about his true intentions. So what if it helps the Union Thugs and expedites our fast track towards total bankruptcy.” What matters is “Bipartisan” collaboration with Socialist/Marxist agendas.”
(Looks like this one will set record for short lived political careers.)
I expect this one to jump parties before the next election comes due. He is burnt toast in his current party.
“I’m Scott Brown, I’m from Wrentham, and I drive a truck, and I’m a meathead.”
Good Lord. The man is lost.
Pod Person Brown.
Perhaps he thought it was the right thing to do?
You guys are a tough group.
So he’s been there what, two weeks? Now he’s supposed to be anti-jobs? Is he expected to have his own bill prepared and introduced already? Would gridlock on jobs (or should I say the appearance of blamable gridlock) benefit the Republicans?
Just asking.
Maybe when this thing gets all the amendments pinned to it he'll see the light and vote it down.
He wasn’t elected by republicans.
Scott Brown: 5th most liberal “Republican.”
