PINEAPPLE BAKE

2 large cans pineapple chunks

3/4 cup sugar

3 tbsp. flour

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 stick butter, melted

1 sleeve Ritz crackers

Yum, this reminds me of the mock apple pie you can make with Ritz crackers.

Our D-I-Love makes this every year at Thanksgiving. It’s a wonderful casserole!

Canned pineapple is ok in a pinch, but I bought a fresh one the other night and ate it all in one sitting.

They are crushed ....just crush them in the pack they come in, and she usually doubles the recipe because it gets eaten as dessert as well as a casserole. :-)

As a matter of fact....they will be here in about 4 hours from Disney World. They went there for Christmas.
They surprised the kids and they were ecstatic!!!
