Editors Note: In December 08 a retired CIA officer commissioned an investigator to look into the Barack Obama birth certificate and eligibility issue. On July 21, 2009 westernjournalism.com obtained a copy of the investigators report. Here is an unedited version of the report.
June 10, 2009 Report, updated July 18, 2009 The Territorial Public Health Statistics Act in the 1955 Revised Laws of Hawaii
I think that I now understand the legal background to the question of where Obama was born.
Lets begin with the statement that Dr. Chiyome Fukino, the Director of the Hawaii Department of Health released on October 31, 2008. The television and print media used this statement as a reason to prevent and treat with contempt any investigation into whether Barack Obama was not born in Hawaii. But the language of the statement was so carefully hedged and guarded that it should have had the opposite effect.
There have been numerous requests for Sen. Barack Hussein Obamas official birth certificate. State law (Hawaii Revised Statutes §338-18) prohibits the release of a certified birth certificate to persons who do not have a tangible interest in the vital record. Therefore, I as Director of Health for the State of Hawaii, along with the Registrar of Vital Statistics who has statutory authority to oversee and maintain these type of vital records, have personally seen and verified that the Hawaii State Department of Health has Sen. Obamas original birth certificate on record in accordance with state policies and procedures.

Oh yeah, the newcomer threads! They were successful, and a necessary part of FR.
Yes, in the primary at Rush Limbaugh’s request. That doesn’t make me a liberal. It makes me a dedicated conservative who saw the danger of Obama and tried to do something about it by helping Hillary win her party’s nomination in Texas.
I then voted for McCain/Palin in the GE like most everyone else here.
Do you now accuse me of being a troll since I've stated straight out that I'm on the FRWW ping list?
FRWW is not a bad idea, but the freepmail route would be a lot less obvious ... if the particular moderator isn’t stealthily weighing in on one side or another in a birther thread.
Yes, that's what they were.
Now I’m hungry.
We all belong to ping lists. When one of us comes across something we feel should be pinged to the list, we ping our "ping leader" with a comment to ping the list. Every mod should know how it's done. And if they don't, they shouldn't be a mod.
Besides, mods should be unbiased. They have no business pinging people as mods.
If this were truly a "trial welcoming brigade", a mod, ESPECIALLY, would have known better.
Did I call you a troll? No.
LOL. That’s pretty funny.
LOL. That’s pretty funny.
That was a comment he supposedly made during a debate, but no one can find the video, and Keyes says he can't remember it...
Assuming he was aware he had a problem in this department wouldnt he do all he could to destroy any evidence he was born outside the country?
Obviously, that is exactly what he has done, there's no paper trail and what there is, is questionable.
BTW, about fifteen minutes before eating the stew, I stir in a flour and cornstarch thickener, so the juices sop a nice crusty bread when the lumps are gone. I like it when the sweet onions arrive int he stores because I can make so many combo dishes with them ... like the sweet peas and sweet onions in a thickened beef stock today. Mmmm, really good eats!
Thread Shark! lOL
My spidey senses are tingling as well on a few of the more belligerent newbies.
I read most of the article and it didn't sound like an anti birther article to me..
The admin moderator pinged BuckeyeTexan because he volunteered last night to run the welcome wagon ping list.
In reality BuckeyeTexan was welcoming the noob birther
No conspiracy here
maybe this thread will be entertaining after all.
Well he’s been aided and abetted. That should get extra points for rhyming with your post. LOL
Did Barry O. say that....Yet?
