Editors Note: In December 08 a retired CIA officer commissioned an investigator to look into the Barack Obama birth certificate and eligibility issue. On July 21, 2009 westernjournalism.com obtained a copy of the investigators report. Here is an unedited version of the report.
June 10, 2009 Report, updated July 18, 2009 The Territorial Public Health Statistics Act in the 1955 Revised Laws of Hawaii
I think that I now understand the legal background to the question of where Obama was born.
Lets begin with the statement that Dr. Chiyome Fukino, the Director of the Hawaii Department of Health released on October 31, 2008. The television and print media used this statement as a reason to prevent and treat with contempt any investigation into whether Barack Obama was not born in Hawaii. But the language of the statement was so carefully hedged and guarded that it should have had the opposite effect.
There have been numerous requests for Sen. Barack Hussein Obamas official birth certificate. State law (Hawaii Revised Statutes §338-18) prohibits the release of a certified birth certificate to persons who do not have a tangible interest in the vital record. Therefore, I as Director of Health for the State of Hawaii, along with the Registrar of Vital Statistics who has statutory authority to oversee and maintain these type of vital records, have personally seen and verified that the Hawaii State Department of Health has Sen. Obamas original birth certificate on record in accordance with state policies and procedures.

I find nothing funny about this.
Well, I don’t know the answer to that question. It’s my job to welcome him, which I did. It’s my job to offer him helpful information for newbies, which I did.
Since he hasn’t responded to my FReepmail or contacted any of the other FReepers on the WW, I assume he either hasn’t read the FReepmail or has and is reading the lengthy information to which I referred him.
We want to welcome new members and give them a chance to learn the ropes. It isn’t easy being a newbie at FR.
Unlike your contributions to this topic.
Well, except for the growing segment of birthers who believe that since his father was a British subject, it doesn't matter where little Barack was born, he's not a natural born US citizen. No birth certificate alters that.
I think the Admin made the mistake not Buckeye. This is a BC/birther/vetter thread.
I will say that Buckeye has acted justly. None of his wingmen are here so that should say something.
The problem here is the appearance impropriety on the part of the Admin.
bunkeye is in suck-up mode ...
clearly illicit
Just this sort of thing killed this thread for it’s appearance of impropriety.
As you can see, the debate died and now the Admin is the topic.
Maybe the Admin can just change the title of the thread to:
“I don’t know what the hell I was thinking”?
Is that your DoJ job???
Plenty of FReepers (old and new) find my opinions on the topic of eligibility positive and credible. You and a few others don’t. So we disagree. Let’s move on.
New ROE
Yes, we now have a FR Welcome Wagon. In response to the mods request (link posted above), some FReepers have volunteered to be mentors to new members to show them the ropes and make their experience as newbies a little easier.
Or in other words "FR sponsored troll coaching".
Do you consider a handful of your henchmen that you constantly pings to join you in scamming on the "Birther's" discussions PLENTY???
Welcome to FR, don’t be shy!
Troll Coaching!!! LOL. Too funny!
Many of us have seen the Western Center stuff before and they are lifters. Not even good at it.
It is real apparent that they have no intention of adding anything qualitative to the discussion and in fact dropped by for a lame visit.
You ain’t gonna hear from them, ever.
I seems very "fishy" that FR would chose an "After-Birther" to coach others with so short time here, hmmmmm!!!
It is what it is, read the posts, including the bizarre, and highly suspect, admin mod plea linked above.
As opposed to "fishy", I would say, disturbing and very disappointing for what used to be a great forum.
