The Hawaii Department of Health has reversed course. They now admit that they do - in fact – make some vital records information available to the public. This admission reverses their prior response pattern indicating that “no information” could be released.

Perhaps in some more, uh, tribal parts of the world a couple isn’t considered fully married until they prove they can produce children?
In that case a BC might show them as bride and groom at the birth of their first child?
If, for example, Stanley Ann and Barak Sr. go through the wedding ceremony, but find that the marriage won't be recognized until the baby is born. If the brat is born anywhere but Kenya, the wedding won't be valid.
Since this the only way they could insure that the little whelp wasn't technically a bastard, Stanley Ann must stay in Kenya until the marriage was validated by the birth of Barack Hussein, Jr., while Barak, Sr. is free to return to his studies in Hawaii.
Since his birth is the validating event, his Kenyan BC shows mommy and daddy as bride and groom.
Even if one neglects the since retracted testimony of his Kenyan relatives who claimed to be there at his birth in Kenya, one must recognize that the first itty-bitty baby Barack sighting was 2500 miles away from Honolulu, on a plausible return route from Kenya to Honolulu.
Stay in Kenya long enough to validate the marriage under Kenyan law, rush back to Hawaii to get him registered as an Hawaiian birth under Hawaiian law.
Best of both worlds. He's a legitimate child, and an American by birth (at least on paper!)

We don’t need to see his original Certificate to prove that. But we DO need to get past this smokescreen, and that means Proving as conclusively as possible, that he was born in Hawaii, because once THAT happens, we get to see where Obama’s DAD was from.
You see, an American cannot be a Natural Born Citizen if one of their parents is a foreign national. From say Kenya for example. A citizen, most certainly. But not a Natural Born Citizen. Why you might ask?
Well lets use another hypothetical. Say Kim Jong Il or even Hitler married an American woman, gets her pregnant, she goes to Hawaii and has her baby. The baby is an American as well as the nationality of its father. A dual citizen.
Now, are you actually going to tell ANYONE that the son of Hitler, or Kim Jong Il could be President of the United States? No of course not.
The framers of the constitution went to some lengths to make it impossible for someone with divided loyalties to run the Nation. So they made a specific differentiation between a citizen and a Natural Born Citizen.
The definition of Natural Born Citizen is having two American Citizen parents and the baby born on American soil. That definition is not in the constitution, it is English Common Law (Which our laws are based upon)going back to the 1600’s and the Supreme Court has upheld that in the case of Wong Kim Ark. They also provided that the presidential candidate must have lived in the United States for at least 14 years, as well as being 35 etc.
So, that being said, Obama is unconstitutional. Flat out. It also makes the government unconstitutional.
Leo is not trying to prove Obama was born somewhere other than Hawaii. He is trying to put it to rest so that the whole Birther Movement will focus on the REAL issue that makes Obama unconstitutional. The fact his Dad was a British Subject, and a Kenyan citizen. Obama, KNOWS this, and deliberately has hidden it. Leo it trying to force it out, and he is very likely to succeed.
Hawaii is cracking now, and where it will lead, no one knows quite yet, but they are going to have to release a lot more information.
Ultimately we all need to focus on the real issue the COLB has hidden. Obama is a British American, he should be sleeping in Leavenworth.

If so, it might explain the necessity for the divorce, which became final in Mar 1964 (assuming BHO, Sr & Stanley Ann were married).
BHO, Sr and Ruth’s son, Mark, was born in 1964.
Also, according to “Dreams,” Mark was the uncontested heir to BHO’s Sr’s estate because none of the other children could prove their legal claim to be his offspring. Mark had all the necessary documents.
Ruth says she was married about 7 yrs to BHO, Sr. They might have divorced in 1971. Wondered if that might have had anything to do with the law you are citing (rather than the abuse) & also BHO Sr’s trip to the US that year.
Much speculation here, and even if true, does it tie in anywhere to the subject of our focus.

I started wondering about this line of inquiry with Leo’s announcement about the index -— “bride” “groom” & whether that would necessarily require a “bride-groom” relationship existed between BHO, Sr & Stanley Ann or whether it could also indicate that each had a “bride-groom” relationship to two other individuals.

They seem to be claiming that Sr.'s "marriage" to SADO isn't legal/valid because he was already married to someone in the US and NOT in Kenya!?!?
