The newest plaintiffs on the scene for lawsuits about Obama’s birth certificate are a group of military personnel, some active, some reservists, and some retired. They all share the same concern, they don’t think that our sitting President has the requirements set forth in the Constitution to be our President.
Many cases have already been submitted concerning the same issues, but all so far have either been dismissed without comment, or dismissed on the grounds of “no standing.” So far Barack Obama has spent close to $800,000 through 3 different law firms to deny access to his birth certificate, and not the Certificate of Live Birth, he showed on his website prior to the election.
In a failed case recently the law firm representing him threatened civil action if they produced the certificate and it proved their point. In another action a sitting Judge had made a similar to the effect of “awarding” damages (lawyers fees) to the loser of the case.
In the present case involving the soldiers, one active soldier who made the declaration he didn’t think Obama had the prerequisites to be the Commander in Chief, was ordered through his service agreement to not talk to the press in any way shape or form.
A Senator Mel Martinez R (RINO)-FL has made a statement as of late implying that because Americans voted him in he should be legally our President, claiming that Americans have vetted the candidates twice already, once in the primary, and then again in the general election. He then flip-flopped on the issue by stating, “federal government has the responsibility to make certain that the Constitution of the United States is not compromised. We must fight to uphold our Constitution through our courts and political processes."
In yet another stupid statement from a Senator, Jon Kyl R-AZ in an email to a constituent has stated that the question of Barack Obama’s eligibility has been settled by Snopes.com and Fact Check.com. Both organizations are left leaning, and it is ridiculous to assume that somehow they have information that the average citizen doesn’t. His office was unavailable for comment on this horrendous statement.
Unfortunately the Constitution does not provide for an enforcement mechanism, and Congress is making no effort to sign one into law. One has to wonder what Obama has to hide, and why he’d spend almost $800,000 to avoid producing a $10 birth certificate, and why with all the present law suits the US Supreme Court has so far refused to hear even one. The biggest question is why wouldn’t the Congress institute a law to avoid this in the future, unless they already know the answer to this question.
You cannot be serious! Sheila Jackson Fleas brought this up? ... Look for the loophole by which the House will usurp more power from We The People, not for a way to apply it to a criminal-in-chief president. Are you aware that Jackson Fleas wanted the Mars rover to go where ‘the astronauts left/planted the flag’ to send picture of it back from Mars? This woman is as dumb as a post and less useful. If hse brought this bill up, look for the catches buried all through it!
It's not the most ridiculous bill I've found. There's one to ban advertisers, TV stations, vendors, corporate sponsors, etc. from participating in any NCAA Division-I football National Championship, unless it is established as a playoff system.
Who would have thought that the Feds are going after the BCS, too?

Sheila Jackson Lee was also upset that Hurrricanes didn’t have more “Ethnic” names like Tanesha, TaQuoia, etc., saying that the names of Hurricanes were not “diverse”. enough, as if peole in New Orleans and Galveston would have lost less (or felt better about losing things) if the name where Hurricane Denzel or Hurricane Castro.

Trust me,and I am in your corner, but if Lee(D) of Houston brought this about, it was to most likely to retroactively chase down the Bush admin., not to bring down Obama.

Can you point to a statement by the Kenyan government that the records were sealed? Maybe that would provide some indication on what they were?

Obama can kill this story in a heart beat, all he has to do is release a certified original copy of his vault birth certificate.
And every one that is trying to prove he is not a natural born citizen will have to back off.

Other than he does not or should not have to, what other possible excuse does Obama have for not releasing his original birth certificate?
For a man that is attempting to claim complete transparency in his administration to hide from the public view this most basic and critical document behind a 2007 computer generated facsimile is cowardly and deceitful.
That $100 bet assumes two things one that Mr. Berb’s website is up to date.....
and more importantly that that request by the defense was not part of that case Berg is not allowed to talk about.

Why? The story is being turned into a nutroots’ urban legend. When it becomes a liability he will have figured out a way of covering it, if necessary.
Has BO ever been questioned publicly about the bith certificate issue? Or asked why he prefers to spend inordinate amounts of money fighting these cases.
He was, of course, referring to the Annenberg Public Policy Center at the University of Pennsylvania, aka FACTCHECK.
No One in the media is willing to question him on it for fear of being ostracized and blackballed by the white house, as was done during the campaign to anyone that dared to ask questions that were embarrassing to Obama.
One I don’t believe you would pay it
and two I don’t believe that the free republic needs money so desperately that they would take money from an Obortionist like yourself whose only point for being on this board is to prevent Obama’s birth certificate from ever being examined in a court of law regarding his eligibility.
Trolls like you run away from the facts, and in time you will either quit because you are too embarrassed to post or you will be zotted for the meltdown that ensues when Obama’s real birth certificate is finally examined.

Cheap or not it’s the truth, any one with even the slightest respect for the law would demand that Obama release his original birth certificate and put this issue to bed once and for all and any one with the same amount of respect for the law knows that a court room is supposed to be the arbitrator of the truth.
Obama is a coward for not wanting the truth about him revealed in a court of law, especially so if he has nothing to hide.
And nothing you can say will change that.
Here it comes Barry...you being exposed is just over the horizon.
