Barack Obama’s paternal grandmother has sworn she was present when Barack was born in Kenya. His backers provided a fake certificate of birth, which didn’t fool many people. He was born August 1961 and the certificate was printed on a form revised November 2001. The certificate’s number was also blocked out. A lawyer in PA., Philip Berg, sued Obama and the DNC to get the "proof" that Obama was a natural born U.S. citizen. U.S. District Court Judge R. Barclay Surrick dismissed the suit, saying the lawyer had no standing to challenge Obama’s citizenship. The judge did not explain what this meant. At present, there are eight other states ready to file lawsuit on this. The constitution was not created to have people "thumb their nose" at it, but as a rock solid rule to help our country live long and prosper. There is a lot of housecleaning to be done, but who is going to do it? Unless things change, don’t be surprised if our next president turns out to be "Arnold" or even Hugo Chavez.

Obama is a usurper. He has never proven he is a natural born US citizen. It is easy for all of us to provide a long form COLB, but he has refused. Why would he refuse to do that, hmmm?
He knows most people don’t give a damn about the Constitution, and don’t know the requirements to be president. He counts on apathy and stupidity in the electorate.
Just because he got away with being inaugurated without proving natural born status, doesn’t make it OK. Until proven otherwise, he is a usurper and not president.
Oh yes, he will get away with it, but that doesn’t make it right.
He was born Barack Obama in Hawaii, and his stepfather at some point registered him as Barry Soetoro at a private school in Indonesia.
That's the extent to what that registration form tells us.
What happened is that the people as a whole don't vote for things. They vote against things. Elections are decided by a mass of people in the middle with fuzzy headed concepts about politics and economics, and no concept of principle. When they go vote, if they feel the economy is doing badly, they vote against the party in power. They have no real concept of what they are getting instead, they are just voting against what they have.
You are using the fallacy of ad hominem. (look it up) If you disagree with the lawsuits state why. These petitioners are not “tin foil hatters”. Most of these people are extremely bright & brave(Leo Donofrio, Orly Taitz & those from the armed forces). Please correct your sentence so it can be understood & then you may take off your dunce cap.

If he was born in Hawaii, even if his name were Mickey Mouse, he would be a natural born citizen.

Hey, I think the people who ignore this huge issue, are the crazy ones. I mean it’s not like Obama was running for dog catcher! I actually never heard of this BC problem until November. The media kept it hidden so well and the Hawaii officials sealed up the useless Hawaiian issued BC since it probably says he was born in Kenya. How many who mock us even know Hawaii issued BCs to any baby born outside the US, as long as one parent had lived in Hawaii, until they stopped doing this crazy policy in 1973? That sealed BC is BS.
By his deceptive actions, I will conclude Obama has something very bad to hide on that BC. I believe the real original BC for him was in Kenya, if that backward country even did such things as issue BCs. If there was one in Kenya, it is destroyed or hidden away by his friend Odinga, the murderous thug. As you know the Kenyan gov’t also has a gag order on all O’s relatives in Kenya. Why would they do that, hmmm?
Also interesting that even though his step-grandmother flew in from Kenya for the inauguration, she was denied access to all inaugural events and went home never having seen O. In his book he had so fondly written of her, what a fake he is, in every way.
I used to despise Bill Clinton for how he defiled the Oval Office and Presidency. Obama is just plain dangerous. I believe he is power hungry enough to have faked his way into the White House, knowing the media would cover for his lack of standing as a natural born citizen.
I will not accept him as president, even if those who do not honor our Constitution do call him president. I feel sorry for the dupes who voted for him. He will be an utter failure, and a one termer. He will do lots of damage before that term is up though.
Keep on seeking the truth, and don’t feel alone. We know right from wrong, and suspicious behavior from honesty. He is dirty. A Chicago thug, just like Clinton said. I hate to agree with Bill, but he got this one right.
BTW, ever since Nov.4th, it does feel a bit like we have fallen into some strange rabbit hole like in Alice in Wonderland. I cannot believe we had McCain forced on us by the cross over dem voters in the primary. Also can’t believe 53 percent of the vote went to a muslim named Hussein! SURREAL! God help us all get through it. I think the main problem is how stupid your average democrat voter is. Have you seen the idiots on “Jay Walking”? You would think with all of the bravery and genius involved in The Birther cause, someone would come up with something in the way of credible evidence to prove a case. Anything admissible in court would be an added bonus.
Wrong. Lolo may have never been privy to the circumstances and place of his birth which after his adoption and name change became irrelevant since his new name was "Barry Soetoro" and the origination of the person with that name by way of adoption was Honolulu.
There would be no record of a "Barry Soetoro" originating from Kenya, but, post adoption, there would be such from Honolulu, and since his original bc was sealed, he no doubt had in his hand the post adoption certificate with "Barry Soetoro" on it issued from "Honolulu". It is no more complicated than that.

The evidence is there and available. The willingness to hear the evidence in an open court in the light of day and honestly weigh the evidence and make a just decision is what is lacking. Remember -- no court has allowed the "merits" of the case to be presented. Is that the American way????

Because Berg believes in “911 truthers” does not prove that his case against BHO has no validity. Donofrio look at reply #78.
Yes, the way it has occurred is the American way. No court has heard the merits of any of these cases because the plaintiffs can not meet the the constitutional requirements to prove standing.
This is not some kind of judicial conspiracy to keep The Birthers out of court. The Birthers that scream and pound their keyboards about the shredding of one constitutional requirement are ready and willing to shred another to get into court.
