Obama is not what we want
Gadsden Times ^ | 2/6/09 | Ed Pullen

Posted on 02/07/2009 8:19:40 AM PST by classical artist

Barack Obama’s paternal grandmother has sworn she was present when Barack was born in Kenya. His backers provided a fake certificate of birth, which didn’t fool many people. He was born August 1961 and the certificate was printed on a form revised November 2001. The certificate’s number was also blocked out. A lawyer in PA., Philip Berg, sued Obama and the DNC to get the "proof" that Obama was a natural born U.S. citizen. U.S. District Court Judge R. Barclay Surrick dismissed the suit, saying the lawyer had no standing to challenge Obama’s citizenship. The judge did not explain what this meant. At present, there are eight other states ready to file lawsuit on this. The constitution was not created to have people "thumb their nose" at it, but as a rock solid rule to help our country live long and prosper. There is a lot of housecleaning to be done, but who is going to do it? Unless things change, don’t be surprised if our next president turns out to be "Arnold" or even Hugo Chavez.

Short article, but at least Birth certificate issue is staying out there.

But no one is doing anything about it!

Well, the Kennedy assasination conspiracy lives as well. So do the 9/11 Truthers. It is not surprising that the birth certificate issue is staying around — that doesn’t make it valid.

I keep shaking my head wondering what the hell people were thinking when they pulled thatlever? What happened or could happen to our great Country? And how do we stop it? The way things seem to be going, We may not have a next election.

Article? Looks like a letter to the editor to me. Big difference.

Exactly. I wonder when Berg is going to pick up that RICO action, again, against Bush & Cheney for their involvement causing/planning 9/11 *sigh*

Government is saturated with liberal social rulers including most of the Courts. So what can we expect. A King called Obama, the nitwit boy wonder, and thugs. What we can see is growing millions of Americans who are beginning to realize what we have. There will be a change, you can bet on that.

Well the shills here on FR keep hijacking threads trying to make the BC go away. I am prohibited by the rules here from calling them shills in the threads.

The conservative talk show hosts should have gotten on this with content and $$$ to hire lawyers to do the newsmedia and “investigative journalists” job.

The Dems are revving up the Fairness Doctrine. Well at least I will not have to listen to Hannity fawning over Liberman (who is voting for PorkuLus aka O’s Hugo Chavez law) and Lanny Davis and other Dems.

Porkulus is getting voted on and Rush takes a vacation. We could have had him telling people to shut down the switchboard at teh Capitol over this bill that will empower ACORN/SEIU and others to take all of our rights away. This bill will fund Obama’s ACORN Hitler Youth.

Sounds very much like an Oklahoma phrase, "fixin to git started'. The translation is, 'ain't jacksh*t bin done.'

Obama’s ACORN has been and is going to be funded anyway, it looks like because people don’t seem savvy enough to care until they are taxed into oblivion unfairly and are looking down the barrel of a despot’s gun. The MS media is worse than a joke. They look in the mirror and see “journalists”. Rush has never claimed that he was the head or director of the Republican Party. In fact, the only reason in my opinion that he leans more to the Republican Party than to the Democrats is that he evidently holds out some hope for the RP, and absolutely none for the Democrat Socialist Party. He doesn’t start “movements”. Of course, if he says something and it starts a movement, he won’t run from it when it starts. When the laws become blatantly unjust enough, like “The Patriot” the ordinary man may become so beaten down that he has no choice but to reclaim his rights himself.

that doesn’t make it valid.

Nor does it make it invalid.

Let's see the damn BC. So far all I see is $800,000.00 of obfuscation and dodging an incredibly SIMPLE to answer question.

Yes, that makes me very suspicious. Actually, suspicious to the point of I do not believe little zerø at all and right now I consider him to be illegally occupying the Office of The President. He may very well be guilty of several felonies due to signing State forms purporting that he was qualified to run for the nomination of his Party for the Office of the President as well as forms purporting that he has never used an alias or form of his name.

He has continuously and conspicuously minimized or outright lied about his relationship with a cast of anti-American characters including outright communists. The lesser of these close associates is currently a guest of the Federal Correctional System.

But hey, my suspicions are probably just a result of my “poor” attitude about having a full blown neo-Marxist as a President of this Republic.

An issue lose all credibility when it gets a conspiracy name attached to it as in "Birther"

Don't misunderstand me, it's an important issue, but a dead one. That horse is dead and turned into glue by the SCOTUS

I will guarantee one thing, when and if Obama does down, it wouldn't be over his BC issue.

In his first week alone he has given us issues far more serious than his BC

Unfortunately, in this new, post-Constitutional era, none of this makes a bit of difference. All that matters is he’s the first sorta-black President, and that excuses every transgression.

Not if the messiah can get "appointed" for life ala Chavez. Interesting the dali-bama is meeting soon with Hugo...to plan strategy?

She’s not his paternal grandmother. His father’s mother is deceased. She is one of the other wives of grandfather. Facts are important.

I refuse to give on the BC issue. To me it’s the same as saying an illegal alien has rights when they have no business being here.

There are many suits out there in the lower courts -30+.
This Lady is not giving up http://defendourfreedoms.us/
SCOTUS has not given up either. They have denied the stays but are holding onto the suits. I am not a lawyer but I do believe that SCOTUS does love the Constitution & will protect it. Judge Thomas once said “... it is always right to stand on principle even if it is over a penny” http://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=Justice+Clarence+Thomas+at+Pepperdine+Law+School+&search_type=&aq=f
