Given her experience in Russia, it is understandable that she is paranoid, but I think Roberts is a man of good faith.
Unfortunately, the State Dept. has a hole there too. They use to issue passports without the long form needed. They allowed for a 'Letter of No Record'.
Rev. Wright's church would have come in handy here since religious documents qualified for most of the accepted identity forms.
Also, consider the fact that Obama quite possibly kept the family passport renewed. He could have taken custody of it when he left Indonnesia and his mother stayed behind. Then all he would have had to do was renew it as his own.

Oh yeah cripplecreek! My stepfather is taking some copies of Dr. Taitz retired military lawsuit papers to the VFW! He has been talking with them and so many are upset because even if retired, they are still able to be recalled and they have a valid interest and DUTY to uphold the CONSTITUTION. Not an individual (such as CiC). Apparently they have been debating the issue down there and my stepdad has taken some information I have printed out regarding Dr. Alan Keyes and Phil Berg and so on. They are very upset because they do distinctly understand the difference in oath they took to uphold the CONSTITUTION and that their own Commander in Chief doesn’t respect it enough to prove his ‘worth’ as they put it!!!
There are a good many who want to file lawsuit on behalf of being a retired military personel! This is picking up steam amongst the ‘little people’. Even the older generation.
I don’t think I would use the word paranoid. I think her fears have more merit than any of us would like to consider.

I too have faith in Roberts, Scalia the Lion, Thomas and Alito. I am hoping the others are shocked by the thugs actions as well. Stevens....well I agree with you that he might vote for the scam.
I thought I had heard on a news report that Stevens was going to swear Obama in. I’ve not seen that in print to confirm what I heard.
