I hate to rain on anyone's parade here, but the only way to know for sure when and where Stanley Dunham was married is to see a certified genuine copy of her original Marriage Licenses on record in Hawaii -- assuming that she actually had one for Obama Sr. to begin with. (BTW, a copy of the marriage license was not a required document to get a divorce, as explained below).

Back in 1961, common-law marriages (marriages w/o a marriage license needed) were still recognized as legitimate unions. Basically, all it would take is for Dunham and Obama to simply shack up together for while and refer to themselves as a "married couple."

Also, the immigration laws at the time were extremely lax about immigrants marrying US citizens as a fast track to get a Green Card and to become lawful permanent residents.

Short of a DNA test, we have no way of knowing who is Obama Jr's biological father, and without that vault original birth certificate, we don't know what parent names were put on that certificate, where he was born, and when (The date, August 4, 1961, may be true, but it is far from being etched in stone).

There is another problem with this assumed paternity, and that is Obama Jr. looks much more like Malcolm X or Frank Marshall Davis than he looks like Obama Sr.

Now, there may have actually been a civil ceremony, but that, in and of itself, does not make the "Daddy was Obama Sr" scenario a slam dunk.

Far from it. Stanley Ann Dunham was three months pregnant when she married Obama Sr, and given her devious past history, there is a better than chance likelihood that this was a "shotgun wedding," i.e., that she entrapped Obama Sr. into marrying her whether it was his kid or someone else's.

Let's face facts here. In 1961, there was a big-time stigma to becoming a single teenage mom. In most rural parts of the country, she'd be run out of town on a rail. This is also the reason why a lot of teenagers got married, or as they used to say back then, "The father did the right thing."

Then again, you had a "Guess who's coming to dinner" scenario as well. As for which states in the US were mixed marriages most tolerated, the top three choices are Hawaii, Hawaii, and Hawai. The fact that whites were a minority group in Hawaii had a lot to do with their acceptance level, as native Hawaiians would be far less tolerant to a "Haole" marrying one of their own.

I look at the Dunham-Obama as a "Marriage of convenience," and I'm not alone in this view. If you were a teenage mom back in 1961, the only way to avoid the stigma was to find someone to marry, if not the sperm donor himself.

Now, if Dunham was impregnated by another black man, she would be looking to marry a black man, and the traditional tale of (a) boy meets girl, (b) boy and girl settle down, and (c) boy and girl make a baby would be the same, except that (c) would come before (b) and would read, "different boy" and girl make baby.

What I can say, for sure, is that Barack Hussein Obama II has never proven when, where, and to whom he was born, and that he committed felony document fraud to cover it up. He's deceived the American voter into believing that he was born in Hawaii as the biological child of Stanley Ann Dunham and Barack Hussein Obama I. Even if the document were real, he still could not use it to prove his natural-born status.

What the forgery does prove, however, is the extent to which someone would break the law in order to become President, and that fact alone should disqualify him from any public office, let alone the President.

Witht he hundreds of millions the affirmativea ction poseur has from the Middle East and other foreign sources it wouldn’t matter if there were any substance to them or not, the harrassment factor would just thrill creeps like you.

Sorry have never watched “24” as we live in the mountains and are unable to get the alphabet channels here with no clear signal. I did watch the season finale of “Stargate Atlantis” though and am sorry to see it go. If I could figure out how to set up a website I would type up all I have learned and send it around, as long as my arm holds up. For now I simply correct information which I know is wrong. I did type up a summary of why I believe Ann went to WA and onto Vancouver to give birth and returned to WA state where she set up residence until early 1963 earlier today so I may type that up again and Freepmail it around. I was disappointed to discover that the website where I initially found information which I thought of as a goldmine is no longer up and sincerely hope it wasn’t hit by obamabots. Perhaps I can steal the time away from posting at FR and keeping up with Freepmail to do some typing although it would be minimal on links at this time. Maybe I should say that my theory is based not only on what usually happened to a young pregnant woman at the time but also the absence of other things. In the meantime I will continue searching, everyday it seems I find a little bit more that wasn’t known before!

"Ann had Jr with her in WA the entire time she was there."

I wonder who cared for Barack during this time since Ann was going to collage wasn't she? You would think someone would come forward and say they remember caring for him.

The issue of who’s BO biological father, is moot. Since we know they were married, either common law or within the law, for all legal purposes SR is his father. The divorce decree settled that issue. The husband, in all states, is assumed to be the father of any child born during the union.

I read up on Common Law marriage a while back for a friend who has a relative who has been living with a woman as husband and wife. They were afraid if the woman decided to leave him she could take half of everything. In doing the research I learned that not all states recognize Common Law.

Common Law

I wonder, as a matter of law, if it's the biological father or the legal father that counts. In 1961 there was really no way to know for certain who the biological father was. But it was presumed, and still is unless there is evidence to the contrary, that the husband of a woman at the time a child is born of that woman is the father.

So, if BHO Sr, and Stanley Ann were married, then BHO Sr was legally his father, regardless of who the sperm donor happened to be.

I have wondered about that myself, odd isn’t it that no one has come forward and that no one has questioned John Hunt more! He was a frequent visitor when Ann was in WA state. The first two semesters Ann could have looked after Jr herself, doing her courses while he slept, but once she attended classes she had to have someone look after him. I believe she also worked at the World’s Fair(it started in April of 1962) which would fit with her saying she would get a job, go to school and look after the baby. The friend who mentioned she was despondent in fall of 1962 had come back to Seattle from Utah after the conclusion of the World’s Fair.(can’t check on her name since the Christian Faith and Reason website isn’t up today) She said Ann couldn’t find a job, but perhaps Ann had finished working when the World’s Fair ended? That still leaves the question of who looked after Jr and why haven’t they come forward?

The story that Stanley Ann was in Cuba in 1960 is a rumor which has not been subtantiated.

"I wonder, as a matter of law, if it's the biological father or the legal father that counts."

It is the legal father that counts. Even in this day and age if you are married and suspect that your wife may have given birth to a child that is not yours, you have to have a DNA test before the child reaches two years old to prove it isn't. After that you are the legal father and have to take care of the child regardless if you find out later it was not yours. At least that is the law in Washington State.

I'd be very interested in seeing what you've learned thus far. Sign up on Google Docs, copy and paste the stuff you have into a new document(s), and click the share button. It's basically like a simple version of MS Office. You can also allow others to update and collaborate on whatever documents you want, and I'll help with any questions you have as well... Shoot, send me what you have and I'll put it online for you.

I've been meaning to ask you, btw, have you come across anything in relation to Brezinski and Obama, maybe at Columbia, or anywhere else? Any foreign relations work, papers, or any institutions, either here or abroad like Tavistock?

And Clinton is also the son of an unknown father.

Word around the Texoma (Sherman & Denison Texas, Durant Oklahoma) area, where his father's family lived at the time, and some still did when he was first inaugurated, was that his true biological father was his ostensible paternal Uncle, who was unfortunately already married. So, the story goes, the guys brother married his mother, and then got himself killed in a car wreck.. another similarity to BHO, whose father also had a habit of getting into significant car wrecks, a habit which finally killed him.

Is it true that Stanley was in Cuba in 1960?

I don't think that has ever been verified. However, I did find the following statements of interest - these are the paragraphs I forwarded to Calpernia quite some time ago - from when The Obama Timeline appeared on the the rightsideoflife website which is now 'frozen' - current link below.

THE OBAMA TIMELINE

Note that Barack Obama, Sr.’s Hawaiian education was being sponsored partly by the Laubach Literacy Institute (LLI), which has links to the Nation of Islam, and which considers a socialist world without national borders one of its goals. A financial supporter of the LLI was Elizabeth Mooney Kirk, who co-authored books with its founder, Charles Laubach; Kirk was also a friend of civil rights activist Malcolm X. It is likely that Malcolm X met Obama, Sr. while visiting the Secretary general of the Kenya Federation of Labour, prominent Kenyan politician Tom Mboya, in 1959, because Mboya and Obama were close friends. [527]

~SNIP

There is also speculation that Obama is the son of the civil right activist, Malcolm X (Malcolm Little), who was murdered in 1965, allegedly by members of the Nation of Islam. (Ann Dunham graduated from high school in the Seattle area in 1960, and Malcolm X formed the Nation of Islam Temple No. 67 in Seattle that same year, and was a guest speaker at various universities, including the University of Washington.) It is not difficult to see that Obama resembles Malcolm X much more than he resembles Barack Obama, Jr., but a resemblance is of course not the same as hard evidence. Perhaps the truth will never be known without the release of original birth records or DNA testing… and the likelihood of that is minimal. Dunham was already in Hawaii, however, when she became pregnant in late 1960. In order for Malcolm X to be the father, he had to have been in Hawaii in late 1960 or Dunham had to leave Hawaii to be with him; no evidence of either circumstance has been produced. [524,526,527]

THE OBAMA TIMELINE CONT:

Note that the Malcolm-X-as-father scenario would, however, explain why Obama seemed to be “looked after” - both financially and otherwise - throughout his college years. Obama would later receive a letter of recommendation for Harvard from Percy Sutton, who was Malcolm X’s attorney. Khalid al-Mansour (aka “Donald Warden”) becomes the main financial backer for Obama; al-Mansour has been a close associate of Nation of Islam (NOI) leader Louis Farrakhan, and Malcolm X, who was the national spokesman for NOI. It is not unreasonable to assume that, if Obama was indeed the son of Malcolm X, those who were close to the civil rights leader would “look after him” in any way possible, making sure he was taught in the ways of Islam and socialism, funded by Arab and Syrian financiers. Obama’s benefactors would include Tony Rezko, Percy Sutton, Khalid al-Mansour, Muhammadian Mian Soomro, Rashid Khalidi, Edward Said, and William Ayers and Bernadine Dohrn, who would have known Malcolm X and associates like Black Panther members Huey Newton and Bobby Seale....

Through my research I found that Ziggy(easier to type and remember lol) was at Columbia while Jr was there and he held seminars and lectures on international politics. The one positive mention that Jr met and took classes from Ziggy was at rense but it wasn’t attributed. My interest was piqued because of the “international politics” and Jr saying that his degree was in political science in the field of “international politics”. I did learn that no degree was given in that particular field at the time Jr attended Columbia but I was unable to find any evidence that Ziggy and Jr crossed paths aside from the rense.com mention. Because I have spent so long doing research I must confess that I am the most guilty of not mentioning where I found the information because I have most of it in my head now and my “dirt in woodpile” file is the longest file on my computer! Normally if I compose an email I will use the links in the email to back up my facts, often including two or more links to information. I simply don’t do so anymore on FR. I will share new information when I find it such as the new article I found yesterday which was one about Jr’s great aunt posted before 5 pm mtn time.
