Chief Justice John Roberts agreed to hear my case Lightfoot v Bowen, challenging eligibility for presidency of Barack Hussein Obama. He distributed the case to the full conference of the Supreme Court.
The timing of this decision by the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, John Roberts, is absolutely remarkable.
On January 7, one day before the January 8 vote by Congress and Senate, whether to approve or object to the electoral vote of Barack Hussein Obama, aka Barry Soetoro, as president of the United States, Chief Justice Roberts is sending a message to them:

Even Ron Paul said there is a “consensus of thought that he was born in Hawaii”..What a creep, our big Constitutional specialist....They all want to hide from this. I, for one, want to see the BO’s “consensus certificate” if I cannot get his BC.

I would be happy to see the supreme court tell congress that they need to have some kind of open and honest vetting system in place before the next election.
There doesn’t appear to be any kind of standard in place and it’s a dangerous situation.
HOw can a concensus have anything to do with fact?

Is the issue of 0bama’s eligibility radioactive or what? Is EVERYONE in DC being blackmailed, bribed, or a eunuch, or all three?
I’m thinking that if it shows he’s a citizen then he’s been hiding the identity of his real father. What would he look like after writing that book all about his so called father. What a fraud.
The stuff in quotes on the website is, I assume, speculation, and not real quotes from Roberts. Distribution is far different than 4 justices agreeing to take it to the next step. Appears to be wishful thinking versus legal opinion - plus the typos.

I got the email from Orly’s people. I think this is very promising. Based on Leo’s cases - I think Thomas and Scalia got IT. Kennedy is not on board but I think he may be swayed. Alito is unknown but I think he cares about the Constitution. Roberts was also an unknown but it LOOKS LIKE WE HAVE THREE now. Roberts, Thomas and Scalia.
What I find suprising is Alito, Scalia, Thomas, Kennedy and Roberts are all Catholics. I have faith that the Constitution and the republic is important to all of them.
I do not care about Obama’s skin tone or even politics but if he is not eligible based on the Constitution and the Framers intent then he should be out.
I would (reluctantly) take Jesse Jackson or anyone else if they are eligible based on the Constitution. It may make me sick but if they were born here with 2 American parents than they are eligble.
We cannot allow a foreign usurper who hides and seals all documents relating to his background. The Bushes and McCain sicken me how they fawn over him.
A young woman stood up in class praising BO and all of the hope and changes he was going to bring to the future of our country. She concluded with, people born with a “C” sections are just as capable of running things as those that are natural born.
It looks like Scalia, Thomas and now Roberts will consider reviewing it. Scalia and Thomas moved on Leo’s two cases (his and Cort’s).
If Alito is added and the 4 have the courage to move forward - the case will be heard.
For some reason I have faith that these four men will not let the Constitution or Republic down. I know Scalia and Thomas are solid.
Maybe Kennedy will also agree.

Excellent point. I know a lot of the listeners on Plains Radio have been working hard trying to find more documents. I think one of them found the divorce papers.
Oddly, Mark Steyn brought this up in a roundabout way last week when he was subbing for Rush.

Rush dished it out mercilessly to the Clintons for eight long years. He's made more money than God Almighty Himself. He has millions of listeners and is one of the most popular and respected media personalities in America. We're supposed to believe that Obama marched his skinny ass into Rush's office, laid down the law and left Rush trembling in his boots?
