It looks like Scalia, Thomas and now Roberts will consider reviewing it. Scalia and Thomas moved on Leo’s two cases (his and Cort’s).
If Alito is added and the 4 have the courage to move forward - the case will be heard.
For some reason I have faith that these four men will not let the Constitution or Republic down. I know Scalia and Thomas are solid.
Maybe Kennedy will also agree.
Let us hope that you are not disappointed but do not be surprised as you are. In the immortal words of Mr. Dooley:
