Well, well well. They decided that the threat to send Larry up the river for life if he did not cop a plea didn't work. They (Bidens/Obama team) were playing a game of chicken: Cop a plea to further prove you are a criminal and thus weaken your story against Obama, or we'll send you to prison for life. Larry stood his ground, and they blinked. There was no way they wanted a situation/trial that would give Larry a platform in the media during the election home stretch. Thus, the dismissal.

Too bad FR's Obama echo chamber will be deeply saddened by this sudden turn of events.

But don't feel too bad. The anonymous Obama scumbags will continue to illegally harrass him at every turn.

I knew someone who was an Army driver in President Nixon's motorcade. He told me about the driving school in the Army and how they told him which cars he could intimidate and get away with it. He said that they told him he could cut in on drivers of Lincolns and Mercedes because they'd stop out of fear of what would happen to their cars. He said they told him never to do this to drivers of Cadillacs because they'd just go ahead and hit him. He was told never to do this to a driver from Delaware because not only would they run him off the road, they'd come back and run over him.

He's already a criminal. There is no need to make him a lifer to discredit him.

What exactly was Sinclair charged with? He doesn't seem to want to say, which makes it difficult to determine if a supposed threat to "send him to prison for life" holds water.

I will start believing Sinclair's story when he has something resembling proof. I feel the same way about the rumors Kos and the DUmmies are spreading about Sarah Palin, suggesting that she faked her last pregnancy and that her fifth child is actually her unwed teenage daughter's.

The details of the charges were explained on Larry’s web site with all the documentation. Can’t recall them but had something to do with paying for a hotel stay with money orders that bounced. They tried to get Larry to plead guilty to a lesser charge which he would not do because he knew the charges would be proven false in court. Bottom line, charges were dropped. Who do I believe? Larry. Just too much evidence there to show the silencing attempts of the Obama/Biden team! This will eventually come to light, just like John Edwards’ lies upon lies. The National Enquirer stuck with working on getting to the truth and the truth won. Larry Sinclair is continuing to work on getting the truth out. It will in the end. If ANYONE has found that Larry has told a lie since this story first broke, please bring it to my attention. On the other hand, Obama lies are quite evident to many. As always, truth wins in the end.

I just now read your reply and will look for a link to what Sinclair's Deleware charges were. Give me some time as it might take me a while to find the link. Quite a while ago I had read the documentation myself but I think it was on Sinclair's first or second web site which were taken down. I am quite sure he has it posted somewhere on his new website but I have to look for it. Perhaps some other Freeper who was looking into the truth or lack there of concerning Sinclair's statements had read the Deleware charges documentation and can provide a link, but I will look for it.

I am sorry that I can not find the info about the charges in Deleware. I have been looking and keep getting the links for info going to Wordpress and there is no info on the pages. Sorry but just can’t find it.
