Dear Rush:
Pardon my French, but youre full of s***! As I listened to your show last week, you chose to criticize and attack conservative Americans like myself who feel the Republican Party does not deserve to win in November. Rush, since when did you become such a shill for the GOP? Choosing the party over the base is a very disappointing move to this long time listener. Im very disappointed in you, Rush Limbaugh, youve lost touch with the reality that is life for the common man in America. I heartily recommend you take pause and reconsider your programming strategy. Do you really want to attack those of us on the front lines versus liberalism? Rush, you yourself have become one of the elite of our society. Perhaps I need to give you some perspective, so you can better understand our anger, or at least mine.
Maybe, maybe not.
Your way, no doubt about it.
IMO, you will never get what you want by voting for what you do not want.
"If you always do what you have always done, you will always get what you have always gotten."
Voting for liberals to get more conservative is a bizarre concept in my view.
Voting for conservatives who have as much of a chance to get elected as the Browns have of winning the Super Bowl to get more conservative is a pretty bizzare concept in MY view.
Good riddance to him.
LOL!Thanks for making me choke on and inhale soda up my nose.
May I interject to you Mr Alvarez, post 1 through 50.
Now go to your room, time out!
Looks like he's gotten more than a time out.
Ping for very interesting reading later. ;)
Why would someone willing to fork over dollars to a multi millionaire, to hear his opinions, consider themselves a conservative. I would call them a fool.
You echo my sentiments. I don't see how those Republicans that are worried about losing control of the reins of power, refuse to see the solution. You, or I aren't saying vote for the Democrat over the Republican in every case. I am going to vote for the challenger in every case, unless they are completely unqualified or whacked out. That is my policy from now on, as a matter of fact, that was my modus operandi before I started voted straight R in '92 till the present. The Republicans brought me in with their rhetoric of smaller govt, return to constitutional limits and family values. They lost me when they went against their own words.
Understand here, I do, that your emotions are involved. Totally understandable.
Stamping your feet and acting churlish is no way to think clearly.
I am pissed at the Republicans as well, for many of the reasons stated, but fully realize that the traitor rats winning anything is far and away more destructive than the reps staying in power.
I chose to work within the Republican Party to formulate change. I have been a Precinct stalwart for many years, beginning by working on Ronald Reagan's campaign in 1980. I have been a County delegate many times and a State delegate a few times. We have done well in Texas.
Re-think your strategy, sport. Sit down. Breathe. Have a beer.
I just noticed the odd linkage between your FReeper names. Brewing Frog - Pukin Dog...
I'm sorry - just bored...
When I give my honest opinion I am a troll? You are a jonny come lately, green behind the ears, haven't gotten past spankinit newcomer. My opinion, as well as anyone elses that puts together the thought a time to express it, deserves a thoughtful response, or to be ignored. Leave the name calling to the Dems....(which going by the amount on this site lately, is now part and parcel of Libsareus.
Might want to be careful who you agree wholeheartedly with.
There are some who honestly take this nut seriously.
Then there's this bit of DU propaganda as well.
Point being, again, be careful who you are agreeing with.
somebody call the Whambulance. Whine one one.
> As recently stated by numerous posters this site is "conservative" only during the primaries. After than it's the vote republican fearmongering, or else one is a DU troll, cun'trunner, want's Pelosi as speaker or Hillary etc. I don't vote out of fear. I vote for who I think is the best candidate that shares my views as a conservative. If there's an alternative to a liberal RINO, I'm voting for them.
Ah, I see I misunderstood your original comment about FR being a Republican site. My apologies for jumping to the improper conclusion.
> Funny thought, the only race of consequense on my ballot in Nov. is Vernon Robinson, a fire breathing controversial conservative congressional candidate that has the non support of many NC republicans on this board because of his campaign ads.
I just read over his bio page on Wikipedia, and he sounds like quite a fire-breathing character indeed. I rather wish some of our races (in NY) were as colorful. The black Jesse Helms -- I love it!
Most of us have the courage to do that without the endless game playing and picture posting you do.
I've asked you before, but you've been too afraid to answer the very direct, and relevant question.
What is your definition of 'liberal?' You keep repeating ad nauseum that you won't vote for criminals or liberals (with the implication that the rest of us would), but you refuse to define your terms. I call that cowardice.
And don't give me that "You call me names" garbage. You've called me the worst names in the book.....so don't even go there.
He's a dancer Hoodlum.........afraid to take a stand so that he can mock others.
If nothing else, he's consistent.......consistently evasive.
